MANAGER, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DESIGN
San Diego Airport Authority is seeking an individual with demonstrated experience design and leadership skills for a Manager, Customer Experience Design role to lead staff in creating a customer journey map, identifying customer personas and influencing passenger experience as they travel through the airport. Duties include, but are not limited to: Create, design and implement strategic road maps for customer experience journey to improve satisfaction; identify areas for improvement through data analytics and survey results. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders to enhance terminal design and feel. Coach and foster staff. Requirements:Graduation from four-year college with major in business administration, communications, marketing or closely related field; and at least five years experience in designing, implementing and managing of customer experience programs and at least two of which were in a management capacity; or equivalent combination of training and experience. AIRPORT MANAGEMENT OFFICER I
The Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Aviation Administration (MDOT MAA) is currently accepting applications for a Airport Management Officer I (AMO I) at the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall). The Airport Management Officer I (AMO I) is responsible for assisting the Airport Operations Supervisor in coordinating and overseeing the 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week, operation of Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). The AMO I ensures the safe and efficient operation of all aircraft, airport support equipment, terminal buildings and other airport property. During non-business hours or the absence of executive management, the AMO I share in overseeing the functioning, physical maintenance and administration of BWI, as well as ensuring compliance with COMAR regulations. AIR SERVICE/CARGO DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Under the general direction of the Deputy Director of Aviation – Commercial Development, the Air Service and Cargo Development Manager will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of comprehensive air service development strategies to increase air service across both passenger and cargo airlines at MSY. This position uses various methods to track, analyze, and report on industry trends and local market opportunities. Responsibilities Analyzing airline passenger demand, airline capacity and other data using sources such as Diio, U.S. DOT, FAA, BTS, ARC, and IATA to determine potential new opportunities as well as developing comprehensive plans for pursuing new air service Responsible for reviewing incentives requested by airlines and monitoring expenditures within policy. Responsible for monitoring database subscription services and consultant fees in accordance with budget and purchasing policies. Develop comprehensive plans for pursuing new air service, both passenger and cargo.

MANAGER OF PLANNING (AIRPORT SERVICES MANAGER)
Oversees all Airport Planning initiatives and ensures compliance with FAA regulations, applicable Federal, State and Local rules and regulations. Reports directly to the Deputy Director of Planning, Development and Construction. This position requires sound independent judgment and discretion in determining optimal strategies for negotiating and resolving sensitive and controversial issues related to planning and the environment. The ability to analyze problems and project consequences, identify alternatives, implement effective solutions, and effectively interpret and communicate technical and procedural requirements is essential. Direct, manage and coordinate the preparation of plans, studies, and presentations for the development and improvement of airport properties and facilities. Oversees the planning processes, including terminal planning, airfield planning, infrastructure, roadway, ground transportation, and parking. Oversees the NEPA process for environmental compliance. Facilitates Land Development, Economic Development, and new business developments. Salary range $63,960 to $105,126 annually ($81,999.35 midpoint), commensurate with experience.

AIRPORT PRINCIPAL SERVICES AGENT (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)
Kind of Work: Coordinate Airport’s redevelopment efforts including the research and analyses on possible opportunities for existing property. Develop and execute marketing strategies for outside terminal properties and work with potential tenants to increase revenue. Conduct long and short range studies pertaining to the optimum usage of the City’s airport facilities; survey other airports and consults with officials regarding the usage of facilities; develop lists of potential bidders; formulate recommendations regarding the feasibility of proposed concessions; study economic programs of other airports for possible applications. Perform background research related to the acquisition of property for the expansion of airport facilities; participate with departmental administrators in the formulation and negotiation of contract terms for the acquisition of property and the management of airport facilities.
