PROPERTY SPECIALIST II - CONCESSIONS
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking an experienced and motivated concessions management professional to join the hard working, dynamic Airport Economic Development (AED) team to manage and optimize the concessions program at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). The Property Specialist II – Concessions reports to the Senior Manager of Properties and is a key member of the AED team responsible for the development and execution of the concessions program at RNO, which includes food and beverage, retail, rental cars, ground transportation service providers, advertising, gaming, and other airport services. This position has the responsibility for developing strategic objectives and tactical plans designed to keep the concession offerings fresh and to grow revenue through initiatives designed to attract and retain business and industry to RNO, with significant ability to positively impact the passenger experience at RNO.

GENERAL AVIATION SUPERVISOR
Responsible for supervising all maintenance, alteration and modification of all airport structures, equipment, grounds, and facilities at the general aviation airports. Assists in the overall administration of the FBO services. Supervises assigned personnel. Coordinates construction performed by tenants and contractors. Works cooperatively with design, engineering, and service consultants. Assists in ordering and managing the sale of aviation fuel to the flying public. Ensures staff is properly trained on fueling, storage and handling procedures. Safely fuels and tows aircraft. Bachelor’s degree / equivalent in Business, Construction Management or related field. Requires five (5) years of construction, maintenance, FBO or relevant airport experience, knowledge of aviation fueling, building and grounds maintenance. Must have good written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of HVAC equipment and maintenance, and preventative maintenance programs. Requires excellent customer service skills. OPERATIONS DUTY MANAGER
Responsible for performing tasks related to the daily operations of the Memphis International Airport and for FAR 139 compliance on an assigned shift. Responsible for coordination of security and maintenance matters after normal work hours, weekends and holidays. Serves as Manager on Duty in the absence of senior management. Works cooperatively with the Manager of Operations in the preparation and maintenance of the Airport Certification Manual, Emergency Plan, Terminal Evacuation Plan, and other Part 139 required documents. Requires bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field, 3 years experience in an airport environment at a major airport, Operations experience preferred, knowledge of emergency planning, airport operations, airport security, and FAR parts 139, 1540, 1542 and 77. OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I
The Greater Asheville Regional Airport Authority (GARAA) is seeking an individual who can maintain airport compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 77 and 139, Transportation Security Regulation (TSR) Part 1542, and all other applicable statutes, regulations and requirements and ensures the safety and security of all airport users. This position will assist in dispatching, communications, airport badging, and duties performed in the Airport Communications Center and Airport Operations Center. Responsibilities will include performing airport inspections and other operations functions.
