AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the runway and taxiway system under Part 139 requirements, as well as other requirements under TSR 1540, 1542, and 1544. Incumbent staff are required to work shift schedules, and are considered essential personnel for emergency response. Staff may also be called upon to perform additional duties, including duties related to routine facilities maintenance such as snow removal, as needed. Position is subject to call 24 hours a day as necessary to maintain operations at the Wilmington Airport - ILG, a non-hub commercial airport in the Philadelphia Region, or other Delaware airport facilities operated by the DRBA. Ability to pass airfield driver certification, Part 139 and SIDA testing within 60 days of hire; Subject to background investigation, STA and CHRC; Ability to be trained in the operation and use of a firearm; Effective communication skills;

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Airport Operations Coordinators are responsible for the following: - Conducting daily airfield inspections, identifying and reporting airfield deficiencies, maintaining the Wildlife Hazard Management Program, and responding to all emergency alerts. - Ensuring airfield security is maintained and provide escort to pedestrians and vehicles in secured areas. - Issuing, recording, and monitoring all NOTAMS, via FAA Digital NOTAM Manager. - Acts as liaison with all responding agencies during emergency situations. - Monitoring and coordinating all construction projects. - Maintaining work environment and equipment in clean, neat and orderly manner. - Monitoring daily weather and provides tenants with severe weather notifications. - Representing airport management on a 24 hour basis. - May be asked to assist maintenance personnel with projects and operate heavy equipment on occasion. - May be asked to assist management with marketing, business development, air service development, IT/social media, and/or other areas of airport management.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS AGENT
Entry-level airport operations position at the Midland International Air & Space Port. Assists the AOCC Supervisor with specific airport operations involving airside, landside, security and communications activities of a Part 139 small hub airport. Duties include daily airfield and terminal building inspections to comply with local, state and federal regulations; Airport ID Badge issuance and fingerprinting; assurance of Part 1542 compliance with access control system; NOTAM issuance; responding to inquiries from the public, airport tenants, airlines and governmental regulatory agencies. Involves shift work, weekends and holidays. Minimum requirements include a B.S. degree in aviation management, business administration or related field and the ability to obtain a Texas Class C driver's license.
