MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority (CMAA) is seeking to fill the position of Maintenance Technician. The general duties of the Maintenance Technician is to serve all functions of Airport Maintenance to include landscaping, mowing, heavy and small equipment operation, pavement management, equipment and facility repair, carpentry, boarding bridges, ground power units, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing for airside and landside operations which provides a safe, clean, environment for the tenants and customers at the Chattanooga Airport. To be considered for this position, the candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and submit to fingerprint-based history check and employment background check. Five years of progressive maintenance experience related to building functions with strong emphasis in one or more of the following trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC. Certification in one or more of the associated trades is required; High school diploma or equivalent required.
