ASSISTANT AIRPORT MANAGER
The Sidney-Richland Airport Authority is seeking a motivated person to assist with daily airport operations. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Manager with the administration, operational maintenance and supervision of the airport; and will be at daily direction from the Manager, and under administrative direction of the Airport Authority. Work includes maintenance of the runway, buildings, grounds, hangars, and landing system; and monitors aircraft ground traffic, refueling, security and storage of airplanes, flight communications, customer relations and services. Work involves ensuring that facilities are in operational condition at all times and in compliance with Part 139 FAA regulations and other governmental regulations; aid in developing, planning and recommending policies, procedures, and fee structures for approval by the Airport Authority. Tact and diplomacy are required when in personal or electronic contact with pilots, corporate and business executives, the general public, employees and local officials and Authority members.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
Airport Operations Officers may be based in either Camarillo or Oxnard depending on existing business needs. Under supervision, they patrol the airports; monitor operations; provide security, safety, and emergency assistance when needed; greet, assist, and provide information to the public in the performance of routine duties and special assignments; assure compliance with airport rules, regulations, and ordinances; and perform related work as required. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in airport operations leading to a solid understanding of Federal Aviation Administration and Transportation Security Administration regulations including knowledge of FAR Part 107 (small unmanned aircraft systems). A degree in airport/aviation administration/management and intermediate level skills in MS Word, Excel, and database tools are desirable.

RAMP MANAGER
Senior Ramp Service authority on staff with responsibility to lead and direct day to ramp operational activities. They will also ensure compliance with applicable ramp service requirements, standards and procedures of the County ramp service client airlines as specified in the Terminal Use Agreement. Manage, direct and develop Ramp Service Supervisors. Maintain expertise in Ramp Service policies and procedures of County client airlines and update and disseminate information to ramp group as required. Monitor ramp service performance and compliance. Identify and track areas and recommend corrective action to ensure compliance. Brief Airline Operations Manager on daily performance. Coordinate training requirements with training department. Maintain working relationship with customer and provide prompt response to ramp service requests. Determine equipment requirements and industry trends and technologies. Monitor/coordinate the auto upkeep of our ground support equipment. Determine staffing and schedule needs to fulfill daily requirements.
