TERMINAL SYSTEM MANAGER
SFO seeks a Terminal Systems Manager to manage the daily activities of terminal systems operations for all common use facilities at SFO. This individual will ensure that optimal service levels are provided to common use systems users including: aircraft gate management, passenger processing, baggage processing computerized resource allocation systems, Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB), and flight information displays. Responsibilities include: monitoring operations and ensuring maintenance service levels; working closely with and coordinating all activities of the common use terminal systems with airlines, tenants and service contractors; assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance with Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) processing standards and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security requirements; managing of the Baggage Handling System (BHS); and performing other related duties. AIRPORT MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP
Centennial Airport (CO) is seeking a highly motivated individual desiring hands-on experience in the pursuit of a career in airport management. The intern will receive extensive exposure to both airport operations and planning/development at one of the busiest general aviation airports in the country. The position includes emergency response coordination, snow removal, airfield/ramp inspections, construction oversight and noise abatement. The internship is a one-year full time contract position that pays $16.00/hr. Ability to work a wide variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays is required. Qualified applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in airport management/administration or related aviation field or, at a minimum, be currently enrolled in a four year degree program and have achieved senior status in pursuit of an aviation degree.
