SUSTAINABILITY PROJECTS SPECIALIST
SFO seeks a Sustainability Projects Specialist for our Environmental Policy and Sustainability team. AIRPORT CONCESSIONS MANAGER
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION The Business Development Division is responsible for creating and implementing all commercial real property contracts involving John Wayne Airport, as well as purchasing all necessary equipment and services that support the organization in running efficiently. The Business Development Division also evaluates and assesses the effectiveness of business partner relationships to ensure a high level of customer service and operations. To support these functions, the division is comprised of Asset Management, Purchasing and Insurance Units. JWA's is in compliance with all Local, State and Federal environmental regulations. THE OPPORTUNITY The Airport Concession Manager will manage the commercial program at JWA, which includes all airlines, food service, retail, rental cars, parking, ground transportation, general aviation leasing and commercial advertising. The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to: concessions, advertising, revenue development, customer service, tenant relationships, staff development, long range planning, and request for proposal development.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
This supervisory position is primarily responsible for the airport's daily compliance with FAR Part 139 and the supervision of the Wildlife Officer. The Airport Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations pertaining to airport operations. Inspects airport facilities, including runways, taxiways, ramps, perimeter barriers and buildings, obstructions, records discrepancies and arranges for corrective action. Prepares, maintains, and verifies all records relating airport operations federal compliance. Issues appropriate notices to airmen (NOTAMS) when hazards exist. The Operations Supervisor will ensure that the Airport Certification Manual, Airport Emergency Plan, and the Wildlife Hazard Management Plan manuals remain current and will assume other duties as directed by the Director of Operations.
