ASSISTANT AIRPORT DIRECTOR
MBS International Airport is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Assistant Director position. MBS normally handles approximately 130,000 annual passenger enplanements and is served by Delta and United airlines. The Airport works closely with the City of Midland, the County of Bay, and the City of Saginaw for marketing and development. This position is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the airport, as well as handling airport security and height zoning issues. The position also involves long-range airport planning and budgeting, as well as construction project coordination. The incumbent will report directly to the Airport Director and provides direct managerial oversight of the ARFF/Operations and Facilities/Maintenance departments.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Under general supervision, responsible for all Airport checks, inspections, security checks, communications, work order, airport security system oversight, CCTV monitoring, escort coordination and emergency response. MANAGER, ENVIROMENTAL AFFAIRS
1. Lead the Authority’s environmental compliance programs, which focus on water quality, air quality, endangered species, hazardous waste and materials, and industrial environmental health. 2. Develop and obtain permits from regulatory agencies for airport operations and capital construction projects, ensure permit compliance, and compile required compliance reports. 3. Manage and participate in performing environmental field investigative and compliance work and special studies requiring a high level of technical expertise and knowledge; manage the compilation and analysis of data and findings and recommend course of action. 4. MANAGER, LANDSIDE OPERATIONS
Professional, leadership position within the Airport Operations and Safety Department responsible for managing the activities associated with the Landside Operations areas of Southwest Florida International Airport. Major functions involve overseeing the operation of various Ground Transportation systems at RSW and supervising the LCPA Ground Transportation Agent staff.GT systems include but are not limited to on-demand taxis, pre-arranged ground transportation service providers, on and off airport shuttle services, transportation network companies, airport parking lot management and shuttle operations, and rental car operational logistics.Ensures safe and effective operations are sustained and remain in compliance with federal, state, local ordinances, contract terms and conditions, and policies of the executive director or his designee(s). Position requires critical thinking skills, sound decision making capabilities, and proactive initiative. Work is performed under the general supervision and/or direction of the Senior Manager of Airside/Landside/Terminal Operations. Position completes special projects as required and performs other duties as assigned.
