AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR II
Serves as Manager on Duty by overseeing all shift activities including the coordination and monitoring of all functions to ensure work is performed in a consistent manner with airport policies and procedures, regulations, and in accordance with airport standards and ensure the safety and security of passengers, tenants, and employees. Represents Airport Management in all aspects of airport operations to include exercising independent judgment and decision-making abilities. Ensures the operational efficiency and safety of the airport by performing standard safety and security inspections of the aircraft operating area and terminal facilities in compliance with applicable FAA and TSA regulations/directives, and Airport rules, and regulations and directs necessary responses and corrective action for all deficiencies noted during inspections. Coordinates the airport's response to critical incidents, irregular operations (IRROPS) and emergencies and provides resolution to problems/issues. CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER (GENERAL COUNSEL)
Our client, the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to fill the position Chief Legal Officer (CLO) (General Counsel). Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer (President), the CLO provides legal counsel and representation for the Airports Authority and advises the President and senior management staff on legal and contractual matters, including leases. This individual also serves as a key member and policy advisor of the President’s Executive Management Team. The CLO manages the Legal Affairs Department and supervises an attorney and paralegal.The CLO assists senior management with presentations to the Board of Commissioners on matters with legal implications. The CLO also represents the Airports Authority before all federal and state courts and in administrative proceedings and, in this regard, retains and manages outside counsel as appropriate for litigation, financing and other transactions.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Airport Operations and the Operations Foreman at Burlington International Airport in daily management of airport facilities, reviewing aeronautical conditions and making recommendations for operational safety. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct daily inspections of runways, taxiways, ramps and other aeronautical areas in accordance with Federal and State Aviation operational standards. Conduct wildlife management in accordance with BTV's Wildlife Hazard Management Plan; including the carrying and discharging of firearms, pyrotechnics and utilization of other wildlife management techniques. Make immediate and vital decisions affecting the continuation of air and ground operations during emergency conditions, construction, and snow removal operations in accordance with Part 139, 49 CFR 1542, and other applicable advisory circulars and security directives BA/BS in Aviation/Airport Management or related field required and six (6) months of experience as an Operation Specialist at a Part 139 air carrier airport preferred.
