DIRECTOR OF FIXED BASE OPERATIONS
Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority is seeking a Director of Fixed Base Operations to be responsible for delivery of customer and FBO services, to include direct management and P&L responsibility for a world-class FBO at Fort Wayne International Airport – Fort Wayne Aero Center and the general aviation FBO at Smith Field Airport – Smith Field Aero Center. Includes oversight of all aspects of the FBOs including customer relations, line operations, fuel sales, hangar leasing, new business development, quality control, human resources, and environmental and safety compliance. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience or 5-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Also required is a minimum of five years’ experience at an airport that includes fueling commercial air carrier (cargo & passenger) aircraft.

VICE PRESIDENT, INFRASTRUCTURE
Technical oversight of all engineering functions of a small to medium hub airport system. The primary responsibilities are small and large airport infrastructure planning and design, pavement evaluations, airfield pavement designs, site and facilities design, commercial and airport site development layouts, utility system design, and related services. Duties also include generating engineering reports, construction plans, preparation of project specifications, assembling permit applications and providing engineering oversight during construction.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING & PLANNING
The Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority (SARAA) is seeking a Director of Engineering & Planning. The position is responsible for all capital planning and engineering activities for Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) and three general aviation airports in south-central Pennsylvania. Duties include but are not limited to, federal and state grant application and administration, permitting, bid processing, project and construction management, prioritizing capital improvement projects, and supervising and directing staff. The department also oversees environmental compliance and utility management including the operation of the authority owned water treatment and wastewater facilities A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-10 year’s related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with FAA and AIP grant processes required. Professional Engineer license preferred.
