DIRECTOR OF PROPERTIES
The Director of Properties is responsible for planning, managing and coordinating property leasing and management activities for the Tucson Airport Authority and Ryan Airfield. Listed below are a few of the essential functions: Develop and manage a financial business plan that provides operating budgets for property management and lease management, together with the necessary controls and procedures to carry out the plan. Direct and oversee all activities associated with TAA’s business relationship with the terminal tenants, airlines, and both TUS and Ryan commercial/industrial tenants; support efforts to ensure contracts and tenants comply with all Federal, state and local laws and regulations. Negotiate or participate in the writing of airport requests for proposals or qualifications, leases and airline use agreements in coordination with TAA attorneys and other appropriate staff.

NETWORK TECHNICIAN
The Horry County Department of Airports maintains and operates a proprietary, shared-use/common-use system for its airline tenants which incorporates all computers, phones, displays and networks throughout the airport. The Airport Network Technician is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the shared-use/common-use system as well as other workstations, servers and network infrastructure within the Department of Airports. The Airport Network Technician provides end-user technical support and serves as the main point of contact for technical issues. This position reports directly to the Airport Technology Manager. Duties for this Position: Provides a high level of customer service and support to airport staff, airlines and tenants. Installation, configuration, maintenance and operation of all information systems within the Department of Airports including networking, telephony, access control, virtualization, Active Directory, and miscellaneous hardware and software.
