OPERATIONS MANAGER
Operations Manager. Pitt-Greenville Airport Authority in Greenville, NC. This supervisory position is responsible for the airport's daily compliance with FAR Part 139, and manages the Parking, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Operations Sections. Ensures compliance with FAA regulations. Through subordinate staff, inspects airport facilities, obstructions, records discrepancies and arranges for corrective action. Prepares, maintains, and verifies all records relating airport operations for federal compliance. Issues notices to airmen (NOTAMS). Manages the FBO functions, ensures that the Airport Certification Manual, Airport Emergency Plan, and Wildlife Hazard Management Plan manuals remain current. Occasional night and weekend work required. Reports to the Executive Director. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in airport operations, including supervisory and administrative experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
