AAAE's position open advertising provides a valuable service to AAAE members, and all revenue the association receives from classified advertising goes directly to the AAAE Foundation. The Foundation has awarded more than 2,700 scholarships totaling $4.25 million since 1989.

06/07/17 SENIOR AIRPORT ENGINEER - AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES-LGA You will have primary responsibility for overseeing LaGuardia Customer Service programs. Contract administration responsibilities: Develop customer service provider contractual requirements & contractor selection process Plan, budget & track current/future contractor staffing requirements Plan & execute Landside Redevelopment initiatives Provide Customer Care Representative support Develop & manage the Customer Care program, Landside signage requirements Process invoices, maintain contract expenditures & authorization limits Assist in budget preparation; budget variance reports Collaborate with airline partners, tenants & Port Authority staff on pending issues To Qualify: Bachelor’s degree in Transportation & Logistics or Aviation Management 3 – 5 year’s principles, policies, trends & current issues within airport ground transportation experience Knowledge & experience of airport industry; handling & responding to customer correspondence Experience interpreting customer satisfaction metrics Flexible responding to airport emergencies on a 24/7 basis (as needed) Valid driver’s license.
