VICE PRESIDENT, AVIATION REAL ESTATE
As the Vice President of Aviation Real Estate, you will own and drive all strategic business planning, facility management, and lease negotiations for DFW Airport’s terminals. You will also lead a highly skilled and multi-disciplinary team that supports the end-to-end aviation tenant leasing processes and administration. As the primary liaison between the Airport and the Airline Advisory Board, you will create and oversee management of leasing policies, procedures, and programs consistent with the Airport’s competition plan and Use Agreement. You will partner closely with the Finance Department to create revenue forecasting and year end audit settlements.

AIRPORT MANAGER
The position reports to the Airport Director who reports to a seven-person Board of Commissioners. The position supervises a crew of seven airfield maintenance/ARFF personnel; and interfaces with an office staff of four. The Airport Manager manages and coordinates the daily operations of the airport. This includes, but is not limited to, overseeing scheduling of daily maintenance and training of airport maintenance crews and contractors; responding to aircraft emergencies and other man made or natural disasters; interfacing with local emergency responders; and preparing financial and operational analyses. The position requires mature communications skills with co-workers, tenants, community leaders, government officials (including the FAA and I-DOT), and the airport board. Project management skills are a must. The Airport Manager is, essentially, always “on call” in case of airport emergencies. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
Under general supervision of the Deputy Director of Airfield Operations, an employee in this position monitors airfield, airport facilities, and personnel to ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, and Airport Authority regulations and leases; assists in developing and updating FAA required and other manuals and plans; assists in research for and preparation of bid specifications; provides escorts; coordinates with construction contractors; conducts safety-self inspections; performs snow removal and related duties; issues NOTAMs; serves as representative of th department in absence of senior operations personnel; works rotating shifts including weekends and holidays; subject to recall and round-the-clock operations, when required. Performs other duties as directed. Rotating Shifts: Monday – Sunday 3:00pm – 1:00am A Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management or related field is required.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION
Position performs professional level duties in support of the treasury, financing, rate & charge, budgeting, billing, receivables reporting, retirement programs and other complex functions. DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF PROPERTIES & CONCESSIONS
Position performs professional level duties in all aspects of commercial and airline property management, concession management, and related contract administration interacting with existing and potential Authority tenants and Authority staff. Position plans, directs, organizes, and supervises the property and concessions management and lease contract management functions for the Authority. Assures tenant insurance coverage, lease management, land appraisals and purchases, concession customer service monitoring and compliance activities and analysis & approval of price changes. Bachelor’s degree in public administration, property management, real estate, airport/aviation management, finance or related field; 5 years or more of increasingly responsible property management (preferably airport) experience, or a combination of equivalent related training, education and work experience. Experience using property and contract management software applications, preparing commercial real estate leases, and drafting business letters required.

AIR CARGO SUPERVISOR
The Air Cargo Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all administrative and operational aspects of designated cargo operations serviced by the Commercial Aviation Services Division. Position functions as the primary operational lead and performs other duties as assigned by the Commercial Aviation Services Manager. Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Develops and administers the training program for cargo related operations of the Commercial Aviation Services Division (CASD). Evaluates and recommends training requirements for Division personnel. Oversees cargo warehouse operations as well as scheduled and non-scheduled cargo flight operations serviced by the CASD. Supervises employees performing a wide variety of aviation ground support tasks, including but not limited to: parking, chocking, servicing and towing aircraft, loading and unloading of cargo containers/pallets, cargo acceptance for shipment and build/break operations. Monitors outside contractors hired to perform contract services. Interfaces with airlines and brokers in contracting and executing CASD cargo services and in gathering information related to necessary services and schedules. Coordinates and ensures adequate personnel coverage for CASD cargo operations. Provides key operational information to peer supervisors/leads needed to supervise their respective shifts. Disseminates approved department/division information as appropriate. Monitors department/division equipment supply and readiness and maintenance needs. Makes recommendations for ground support equipment acquisition. Executes accurate and appropriate reporting of CASD services rendered and for reported non-tenant aircraft operations for record-keeping and billing purposes. Practices and advocates safety and customer service in a potentially dangerous aviation environment that also directly interfaces with the general public. Services work time recording process. Exercises readiness for and oversees other departmental operations as needed. Responsible for any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Commercial Aviation Services Manager. Education Requirements (Evaluation Factors: Skills, Education, Experience, Ability) Associate’s degree in any field or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must exhibit the desire to continue training and increase knowledge needed to stay abreast of changing industry regulations, standards and procedures. Experience Requirements Minimum of two years of experience as an Air Cargo Lead or Supervisor Minimum of five years of experience in a related field Other Requirements Must be able to complete and pass a background investigation and drug screen as required by the Federal Government and aviation-related authorities. Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in the use of a personal computer is necessary, including skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, or Windows. This position requires skills in prioritization, organization, verbal communications and interpersonal relations, operational acumen, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
