AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
The Crater Lake - Klamath Regional Airport is a public use Part 139 airport in southern Oregon with military, cargo, and general aviation. An employee in this position works under the immediate direction and supervision of the Airport Operations Manager. The position performs a variety of tasks in overall safety, security, upkeep, and maintenance of runways, taxiways, aprons, buildings, road, grounds, pavements, and associated areas to include snow removal at the airport. This position assists in ensuring compliance with FAR Part 139, FAR Part 77, and 49 CFR Part 1542. The position also involves a high level of public contact. This position also performs other related duties as required.

ASSISTANT AIRPORT MANAGER/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Under the direction of the Airport Manager, the Assistant Airport Manager is responsible for engaging internal and external stakeholders regarding organizational strategy, airside business development including UAS operations and manufacturing, FBO development, industrial park development, air service development, planning, land use, outreach, marketing, advertising, and related programs. The incumbent will need to be comfortable presenting at public and community meetings. The position facilitates strategic planning, monitoring progress and prepares reports on organizational performance in achieving strategic goals and objectives. The Assistant Airport Manager also participates in airport operational functions and emergency response as needed. This individual will be called upon to meet with customers, tenants, elected officials, other government officials, business and civic leaders to discuss technical matters and future planning endeavors as well as working closely with internal and external stakeholders in support of timely achievement of strategic projects and initiatives. C.M. or A.A.E. preferred.

MANAGER OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
Assists with all accounting, fiscal management, personnel and administrative functions. Responsibilities include: assisting lease and property administration; airport insurance program; fiscal administration of federal and state grant programs; human resources management; and performs other duties. Assists in the preparation, collection, interpretation, recording and distribution of financial records and reports; monitors fiscal activities and insures compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations; assists in the maintenance required for accounting and bookkeeping systems and procedures, including journals, general ledgers and subsidiary ledgers; reviews and reconciles revenue and expense trends; assists with annual audit; and prepares additional analysis as requested. Oversees and participates in the accounts receivable, accounts payable and purchasing functions; maintains records and reports; processes payments, initiates wire transfers, updates and reconciles banking data, resolves discrepancies; aids in preparation of bids; supervises payroll preparation for airport personnel; completes or supervises completion of payroll, sales and other required tax reports.
