The City of Livermore, Aviation Department Invites Applications For Airport Manager The City of Livermore is seeking an Airport Manager for Livermore Municipal Airport (LVK). The Airport Manager is the division head responsible for overseeing and managing the Livermore Municipal Airport in the Public Works Department. In this position, you will assist in the development and implementation of objectives, priorities and goals of the division and be a key member of the department’s leadership team. The Airport Manager should have a broad understanding of effective airport operations and management, FAA and State regulations, formats, conditions of lease agreements and be familiar with aviation industry trends and safety requirements while possessing effective grant writing techniques and written and communication skills.

DEPUTY AVIATION DIRECTOR - DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
The Deputy Aviation Director Design and Construction position has oversight which includes an organization structure of four direct reports responsible for the Capital Improvement Management Section, Job Order Contract Section, Tenant Improvement Section, Inspection Section, Project Controls, and Administration Section. The division is made up of professional staff, which includes both city employees and embedded consultant employees. INTERN
Interns will be given special assignments to support airport initiatives, including community surveys, enhancing services, expanding offerings, and improving customer experience and interactions. Will have a mentor within the staff who supervises special assignments. Interns will gain real-life work experience that compliments education. -Survey travelers in the terminal via electronic tablets or traditional handwritten copies. -Based on direct interactions with the community, create and submit recommendations for improvements and any aspects of the customer experience. -Perform operations functions including terminal inspections and curbside inspections for safety, security, and operational efficiency. -Interact with front line staff to mitigate operational issues, safety concerns, or security. -Assist Managers and Directors with special projects and initiatives, including Administration, Operations, Public Safety, Construction and Development, and Facilities. -Provide support to department goals and objectives by coordinating special projects. -May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.

AIRPORT DIRECTOR
The Border Coast Regional Airport Authority (BCRAA) is recruiting for the position of Airport Director. BCRAA is a California Joint Powers Authority (JPA) that administers and manages the airport operations of three public airport on behalf of Del Norte County, including one Part 139 commercial airport (Jack McNamara Field - CEC) and two General Aviation airports (Ward Field - 0O9; Andy McBeth Airport - S51), all located in Del Norte County. BCRAA is seeking a dynamic professional who can lead the JPA and improve the services it provides for the community. The “Results Based Accountability” model of delivering and assessing services will be the primary tool by which the new Director will be evaluated. AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
The Santa Barbara Airport that has rebounded from the last year with a record number of passengers and has an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Supervisor. This management position is responsible for the Airport's compliance under FAR Part 139 & TSR Part 1542. The incumbent will oversee Division work activities, provide training to Airport/tenant employees, lead the Noise Advisory Program, and serve as an Airport Security Coordinator. Supervise staff responsible for the FAR Part 139 Self-Inspection Program and the Operations Center. Respond to Airport emergencies; administer service contracts; maintain manuals such as the ACM, ASP, AEP, and Minimum Standards; administer the budget and performance measures; present reports and other correspondence to the Commission and public; act as liaison with FAA, TSA, ARFF, and airport tenants; and assist the Operations Manager.

TERMINAL OPERATIONS DUTY MANAGER
The TDM is the primary day-to-day representative of the airport terminal and its private owner/operator when interfacing with stakeholder airlines, federal, state, and local government agencies, traveling public, and companies doing business with the South Terminal. The TDM will ensure the safe, secure, and efficient operation of the airport terminal through team member mentorship and development, attention to detail, proactiveness, policy enforcement, open communications, and professional accountability. The TDM will lead a team of 5-15 individuals of different disciplines, skills, and backgrounds. The team consists of operations and airport security officials, facility maintenance, and facility appearance team members. Administratively, the TDM will produce daily/weekly assignments for airline stakeholders, daily assignments for operations team members, as well as completing regular reports for account billing, cost allocation, team member performance, operation metrics, and emergencies/incidents.
