DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES AND DEVELOPMENT
The Director of Facilities and Development is a new role added to our growing team at Aspen Pitkin County Airport (ASE). The Director of Facilities and Development will oversee all facility operations including developing annual and multi-year work plans for ASE. Responsibility also includes managing the planned development and modernization of airport facilities. More information on the future development of Aspen Pitkin County Airport can be found here: www.asevision.com Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; AND five years of progressively responsible experience in Airport Facilities, Airport Operations, Aviation Planning and/or Construction Management at an airport certified under FAA Part 139 and TSA CFR 1542; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Required Licenses or Certifications: AAAE Basic and Advanced ASOS. ICS Certifications (100, 200, NIMS 700, 800). USDA Wildlife. Class B Commercial Colorado Driver’s License.

FACILITIES TECHNICIAN MANAGER
The Facilities Technician reports directly to the Terminal Director and is responsible for maximizing the customer service by ensuring a clean, well maintained, safe and pleasant environment. Oversees preventative maintenance of equipment, mechanical systems, electrical systems, safety compliance, and facilities. Participates in the development of service requisitions, reviews proposals and evaluates vendor qualifications, negotiates and administers contracts. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the efficiency and effectiveness of services to customers by acting on suggestions and participate as an active member of the management team.

AIRPORT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER
The Portland International Jetport has a new position for a Customer Experience Manager. This position reports to the Assistant Airport Director and is a member of the management team. The selected candidate will be a creative and energetic leader who has the strength in building new programs and is a great communicator. This position will also oversee the Airport Ambassador Program, Airport Service Quality Surveying, Airport Marketing and Communications Coordinator and two internal Customer Relations Specialists. Will also be responsible for internal and external communications to team members and the general public on customer experience shortfalls and success and will also directly interact with the community in person, via the website, and social media channels. This position will be front and center in reinforcing the Jetport's core values of Safety, Service, Teamwork and Trust. Previous airport experience preferred. Starting salary range: $33.83 - $36.96 per hour. Deadline: June 30, 2019.
