OPERATIONS AND COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
This position is primarily responsible for inspecting, coordinating, directing, and performing all the duties and functions in the aviation department which relate to airport operations. Under the direction of the Assistant Airport Manager, performs professional work to ensure compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), State of Indiana, and all city and county laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the management and direction of the Columbus Municipal Airport’s Mission.

DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL REPORTING
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager of Finance and Accounting (AGM), the position of Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting (DoAFR) will oversee and direct accounting and financial reporting functions of the airport, including preparation of financial reports and analysis. This position will provide leadership and direction for the accounting and reporting teams tasked with overseeing the operational and financial performance of all DOA accounts. The DoAFR will be responsible for overseeing and directing the general accounting, financial reporting, management reporting, accounts payable, capital asset and CIP accounting, audit management and continuing disclosure functions for the airport. They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls to ensure that company assets are adequately safeguarded and that all financial reporting is prepared in compliance with financial policies and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES & DEVELOPMENT
The Director of Facilities and Development is a new role added to our growing team at Aspen Pitkin County Airport (ASE)! This position will oversee all facility operations including developing annual and multi-year work plans for ASE. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; AND five years of progressively responsible experience in Airport Facilities, Airport Operations, Aviation Planning and/or Construction Management at an airport certified under 139 and 1542; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Required Licenses or Certifications: AAAE Basic and Advanced ASOS. ICS Certifications (100, 200, NIMS 700, 800). USDA Wildlife. Class B Commercial Colorado Driver’s License. Hiring Range is $104,533 to $127,479, dependent on experience and qualifications.

DIRECTOR OF COMMERCIAL BUSINESS - GSP
The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District is seeking a Director of Commercial Business to be responsible for commercial business development of all aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue business. The incumbent oversees and leads business development, market research, and leasing of airport facilities, land, and services. This position also promotes the airport locally, nationally, and internationally and is responsible for the development and implementation of both short and long term strategic commercial business development plans for the District.The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in one of the following: airport management, business administration, public administration, real estate, or a related field or equivalent work experience. The candidate must also have seven years' work experience in the practice of commercial business development, real estate development, or sales preferably in an airport environment.Filing Deadline: July 12, 2019
