ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport is accepting resumes for the position of Assistant Airport Director. The Assistant Executive Director aids the Executive Director in managing all activities of the airport, including strategic planning, financial, operational, compliance and community outreach activities. Knowledge of FAA regulations, RFQ/RFP development, and grant process is required. Strong economic development and information technology skills are desired. PLANNER, SENIOR
The Aviation Department which operates the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and the North Perry Airport is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Senior Planner for the Airport Development - Planning Division. Reporting to the Evaluation and Planning Administrator, the Senior Planner serves as a Project Manager and/or Lead Planner for significant planning projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Urban Planning, Aviation, Geographic Information Systems, Geography or closely related field. Requires two (2) years responsible professional planning experience and may require two (2) years of lead work/supervisory experience depending upon area of assignment.

DIRECTOR OF IT - GSP AIRPORT DISTRICT
This position develops, manages, oversees, and exercises control over the Airport’s IT Department, network infrastructure, firewalls and security issues, computer systems, cabling plant, and telecommunications operational activities including providing technical services, administration, documentation, and procurement. It provides strategic planning for the department including fostering innovation, planning projects, project design & management, and organizing the allocation of resources. In addition, the department handles the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all IT systems including, but not limited to, email (Outlook), backups, disaster control, access control, airline shared-use passenger processing systems, FIDS (flight information data systems), telephones, fire alarms, crash phones, cell lot arrivals board, radio systems, common/shared use technologies, wireless capabilities campus-wide, paging, virtualized servers and desktops, SANs, switches, routers, CISCO network infrastructure, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.

BUSINESS MANAGER
Develop, implement, and maintain the airports’ annual Operations and Management and Capital Improvement Program Budgets, seek out and coordinate new airport business opportunities, serve as the liaison with the FAA and Georgia Department of Transportation on behalf of Macon-Bibb County Finance Department, develop and implement a new Airport Internship Program, administer the company’s human resource policies and procedures; and ensure adherence with all OSHA requirements, assist with answering and screening phone calls in a professional manner, responding to inquires, greeting visitors, taking messages, prioritizing important calls and contacting appropriate persons. Purchase office equipment, supplies and services which includes working with vendors, negotiating orders, verifying deliveries and preparing and completing inventory protocol. Maintain a working knowledge of all airport computer systems, management of all airport business records, files, contracts, and agreements.

OPERATIONS DUTY AGENT - LEE COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY
This position is responsible for ensuring the airport is operating in accordance with various federal, state and local rules/regulations 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Perform inspections of terminal buildings, terminal ramps, fixed base operations, cargo ramps, perimeter fencing, taxiways, runways, fueling facilities, parking lots and rental car facilities. Respond to emergency situations/locations and establish on-scene command post. To be a fit for this role, you’ll need to: Have the ability to work in a fast paced, team based environment that requires independent judgment, have strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills, display a high level of emotional maturity and maintain a high level of professionalism while working with a variety of tenants/customers/clients.
