STATE AIRPORT PLANNER
Bismarck, North Dakota. The Airport Planner is the state aeronautics representative for airports which will require strong involvement with airport planning consultants, airport managers, and FAA officials. The Airport Planner provides an analysis of technical data and project work in the airside and landside planning within an airport setting. Airport Planners manage or participate in the development and implementation of airport master plans, airport layout plans, and statewide aviation planning studies. The Airport Planner will also serve as an airport inspector to collect data at public general aviation airports within the state. A working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, FAA Advisory Circulars, and airport design standards is beneficial. The Airport Planner is also a program manager for state airport grant funds and a major contributor towards the recommendation and allocation of federal Airport Improvement Program (AIP) funds for airports.

C TOWER RAMP CONTROLLER/INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Ramp Controller The role of this entry level position is to control ramp operations for ramps 3 and 4 at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport through the performance of a variety of duties as dictated by operational requirements that include; providing commercial pilots with pushback and taxi instructions through a VHF frequency; actively interact with FAA personnel to determine RNAV runway assignments and configurations; assure compliance with minimum standards and regulations relating to all tenants including airline and ramp procedures. International Operations Coordinator The role of this entry level position is to assist with coordinating the daily international/domestic common-use operations on Concourse D, Concourse E and International Terminal F. While this position is more of a landside operations position, providing ramp control services on International Ramp 9 is also a required function of this position. Must be able to obtain a Customs and Border Protection Seal to be eligible for position.

Responsible for the procurement process for complex services and products, which may include formal advertisement for high dollar items such as capital equipment. Establishes process to evaluate quotes, bids, and proposals and prepares award documents. Oversees the Authority’s risk management program. Facilitates communication between the Authority and insurance agents. Maintains current insurance certificates for all tenants and service or maintenance contracts.

Shall have a 4-year engineering or management degree from an accredited college or university with at least 4 years of experience in airport pavements or airport pavement related research and development. This candidate provides overall management of personnel working in the Airport Pavement technical environment on individual Delivery Orders. Candidate shall be proficient in Government contract and design standards, planning tools (i.e. work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, critical path analyses, PERT charts, etc.) budgeting and report development.
