FINANCIAL ANALYST I
1.Participate in the development and monitoring of department and Authority-wide budgets through partnering with various stakeholders across the organization. 2.With direction, develop, review, summarize and analyze financial plan projections, modeling scenarios, and documents utilizing Adaptive Insights software. 3.Research and answer financial and budget inquiries submitted by staff and Authority management. 4.Develop, analyze, maintain and distribute various periodic and ad-hoc financial, statistical, analytical and management reports and statements. 5.Assist in ensuring that Authority's accounting, financial, budgeting and other business financial information and records are accurate and complete. 6.Assist in the review, evaluation and monitoring of capital development plans and budgets. 7.Develop and utilize spreadsheets, databases and other computer applications required to carry out assigned studies, projects and reports.

SENIOR PROCUREMENT ANALYST
1.Draft legal and administrative sections of contract documents; analyze and interpret technical sections of contracts to ensure provisions are clear and consistent with specification; obtain and complete price and delivery information. 2.Collaborate with stakeholders on procurement methods and timelines for professional and specialized services and complex projects; draft requests for proposals or qualifications, deliverables and evaluation criteria. 3.Manage bid solicitations including public meetings, inquiries, and published documents; analyze submissions and facilitate the evaluation and selection team of a contractor or vendor. 4.Prepare contracts, reports, solicitation, contract records, and selection documents and contract management activities; prepare and route report information and board related documents; resolve and documents contract management issues. 5.Represent the work unit across different levels within the organization and externally with governmental agencies on procurement and distribution matters; complete outreach and promote inclusion of diverse suppliers to fairly compete and participate in bidding process.

AIRFIELD MANAGER
Perform Daily runway checks. Confirm Civil Landing Permit requirements. Observe Anti-hijacking/antiterrorism procedures. Ensure Safe arrival, taxing and departure of aircraft in support of the air operations mission Ensure refueling operations are conducted in a safe manner IAW TO 00-25-172, NFPA 407 and Mil Std 3004A Provide support and submission of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) and Visual Flight Rules (VFR) flight plans Provide timely access to weather planning information sufficient to support effective mission execution. Follow Runway Surface Condition procedures. Oversee Bird Aircraft Strike Hazard program Monitor and review the Flight Information Publication (FLIP) edition for the site to ensure accuracy and report any recommended changes to management and USAF Airfield Management personnel. Oversee aircraft ground support equipment and personnel Ensure the FOD prevention program and FOD walks are accomplished Oversee Aircraft marshalling, towing and wing walkers Supervise Passenger terminal operations and cargo handling Observe Notice to Airmen requirements and monitoring

PROCUREMENT PROJECT ANALYST
1.Analyze Procurement and warehouse data for efficiencies and cost savings; develop methods and best practices to record, track and maintain reports for inventories, deliveries, surplus, emergency operations, environmental efforts and other KPIs. 2.Manage equipment transfers with project managers, oversee inspections, recommend surplus method, maximize sales potential and recording of item disposition; oversee lifecycle of products and equipment. 3.Update and maintain accurate inventory reports; reconcile delivery and documentation discrepancies; review and validate invoices for payment. 4.Provides technical and administrative assistance for projects; translates needs, data and automates business requirements; implements and validates systems performance, provides technical expertise and input; interprets and applies mandates, laws policy and contract strategies. 5.Research, solicit informal proposals and manage assigned contracts; collaborate with customers on construction and other projects.
