PROGRAM MANAGER, GATE EXPANSION
Lead program management activities for a large, complex, multi-disciplinary airport construction initiative to build new passenger gates at DEN. Lead the delivery of program elements working in conjunction with DEN leadership, key airport stakeholders and city departments. Direct the work of consultants and related personnel who have been assigned responsibility for various elements of the program. Manage contract staff resources, and make necessary adjustments during the various phases of the program. Develop work plans and manage the overall program costs and schedule, and ensure that critical milestones are completed on time and on budget. Review design(s) and schematics for the quality of technical specifications, and code and standards compliance; monitor the progress and quality of a construction activities, and address problems and barriers by identifying strategies and approaches for resolution. Administer and monitor contractors in the performance of their responsibilities. Develop a communication plan and status reports for key stakeholders.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
The County of Orange, John Wayne Airport, has a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced Airport Operations Officer. This position will exercise responsibility for independently coordinating the daily airside and landside operational activities of JWA. The incumbent will be expected to exercise considerable judgement and initiative in resolving problems, handling emergencies, and addressing other incidents in the absence of airport management. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: monitoring and coordinating the activities of air carriers, airport lessees, Fixed Based Operators (FBOs), and concessionaires for compliance with contract agreements, FAA and TSA rules and regulations; coordinating daily Airside and Landslide operation activities; monitoring and coordinating the activities of ground transportation providers for compliance with permit agreements and other applicable regulations; and coordinating initial response to airport emergencies and other incidents. Positions in this class are assigned to cover designated rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

STAFF ANALYST - (HOU) SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SMS)
The Staff Analyst - Safety Management System (SMS) will develop and maintain the FAA mandated Airport's Safety Management System for the airport, tenants, and stakeholders. This position will also guide and direct the planning, implementation, and operation of the SMS. Collaborate with airport sections, tenants, and stakeholders to foster information sharing and Integrate SMS principles to include airside and landside operations. Serve as a safety ambassador and participate in meetings as needed. Assist with software integration and process flow documentation. Develop and manage airport specific documentation and record keeping processes and route information to airport management. Develop safety risk management (SRM) processes for operations and construction. Develop a process to communicate policies and objectives throughout the organization. Promote safety awareness through workshops, events, discussions, on-site presence, and management commitment. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances where required.
