SR ART PROGRAM MGR LTD 062021
This newly created position will provide oversight of both the visual arts at SeaTac International Airport while working with the Commission’s Art Oversight Committee to create a broader vision for a Port-wide visual and performance art program and a proposed expansion of the Airport’s art staff. AIRPORT PLANNING MANAGER
Under the administrative direction, reports to the of the Chief of Planning and Engineering (P&E).This position analyzes, researches airfield, land-side & terminal infrastructure and ensures all projects are planned per FAA rules, guidelines and additional requirements. In addition, candidate is responsible for adherence to all local, regional, state and Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) mandates. The candidate must be familiar with FAA guidance, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and must be able to research, compile, and analyze data related to various Studies and projects. The candidate is also required to use the latest technology to create clear and concise oral and written presentation. Candidate will monitor projects, budgets and assist in the annual development of same. May supervise employees assigned to projects.

SR. AIRPORT PLANNER - TERMINALS/FACILITIES
GENERAL SUMMARY $68,800 - $89,400 The primary responsibilities of the Senior Airport Planner will be to manage the planning process for small to large projects identified for renovation and/or new development related to DFW International Airport’s terminals and facilities. Under general direction of the Planning Manager, the senior airport planner participates in short and long-range airport facilities planning efforts and will be required to apply Airport Planning principles to analyze and strategically plan components of Airport development in support of the Airport’s Strategic Growth and Business Plan. The Senior Planner provides documentation for the administration and execution of each project assigned. The Senior Planner will also be responsible for directing and managing in-house planning studies and overseeing management of consultant planning studies, as well as, representing the Airport on planning related matters.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
The Airport Operations Officer, with guidance from Senior Operations Officers, conducts daily inspections, patrols and other functions associated with Airport Operations, which assures the Airport’s compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations. •Responsible for conducting inspections and reporting any condition which may affect safe operations of air carrier aircraft: pavement conditions; safety areas; marking and lighting; unpaved areas; snow, ice conditions; aircraft rescue and fire fighting capability; handling and storage of hazardous materials; traffic and wind direction indicators; ground vehicle operations; wildlife hazards; obstructions; protection of NAVAIDs; identifying, marking and reporting construction areas; public protection are areas of primary concern during daily inspections in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulation Part 139. Responsible for conducting security patrols of Air Operations Area (AOA), gates, doors or other areas allowing access to AOA in accordance with TSAR 1542 and other applicable publications, and assist NYS Police in law enforcement activities on Airport property.
