AIRPORT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The City of Pensacola is accepting applications for the position of Airport Maintenance Supervisor. This is professional and supervisory work in the field of Airport maintenance. Minimum requirements for the position are graduation from high school or equivalent, five (5) years of related experience in airport, industrial, commercial or municipal maintenance of buildings, facilities and grounds, including operation of motorized equipment, two (2) of which must have been in a supervisory capacity, or a combination of education, training, and/or work experience equal to or higher than the requirements listed above. This requires the employee to obtain a CDL Class A license within one year of employment into the classification. Failure to do so will result in removal from the classification which could include termination. Must satisfy all requirements to acquire and maintain Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security clearance.

AIRFIELD ELECTRICIAN
Perform duties to maintain the electrical systems in the Air Operations Area (AOA) and SAA properties Work from work orders, manuals, diagrams, sketches, blueprints, and schematics to maintain the electrical systems throughout the airport properties Maintain and inspect all electrical on the airfield for proper functionality Repair runway lights, taxiway lights, signage regulators, and airfield computers. Access systems through the electric vault Maintain roadway street lighting and industrial lighting Respond to needs for repairs of electrical issues on SAA properties. Replace electrical panels, breakers, outlets, light switches, lights, and disconnects. Check and replace exit signage as needed Assist the HVAC Technician as needed Assist with any operations required to maintain workflow and meet schedules and quality requirements. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies

OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN
To provide general manual labor under direct supervision. Operates light vehicles and equipment in various airport operations (snow removal, mowing, etc.). Performs light, minor vehicle and equipment repair, and preventative maintenance. Secures, inspects and opens building for use. Conducts safety, security, and airfield inspections as prescribed by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and other procedures. Serves as the second responder in emergencies. Complies with safety standards and airport procedures. Performs general airport operations.
