MANAGER, BUSINESS & SYSTEMS APPLICATIONS
1.Provides leadership to staff to create a high-performance, service-oriented work environment that contributes to achieving the Authority’s mission. 2.Leads the team that manages database administration, enterprise resource planning, enterprise content management, web CMS, data analytics, data warehousing and reporting. 3.Identifies and addresses areas in need of process and procedure improvement; partners with stakeholders to identify database, applications and technology needs; remains current on industry trends and best practices. 4.Represents the department and Authority in interactions with internal departments. 5.Manages planning for unit and systems integration testing during implementation and upgrades; oversees and performs maintenance, management and deployment activities for the enterprise level applications. 6. Review, validate, and approve functional and technical design documents; experience working with data analytics and data warehouses. 7.Serves as a technical resource to applications development staff and stakeholders on logical database/data structure design, integration, administration and management.

ENVIRONMENT & NOISE ABATEMENT ANALYST
Manages noise abatement and environmental programs; and manages the airport's noise abatement and environmental programs ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws. Plans develops and implements procedures for monitoring and reducing aircraft noise; and plans, develops and implements procedures that include noise abatement procedures, high noise events, curfew periods and public information programs. Manages environmental events and programs; creates, plans, organizes, and implements community outreach events and programs, including community education, neighborhood cleanups, river and stream walks and cleanups, electronics recycling, paper shredding, and volunteer appreciation events; administers the adopt-a-stream program; and conducts field inspections, including plan review and inspections for storm water compliance. Provides computer support and public relations services to airport administration; serves as computer administrator for the airport to resolve hardware software problems; and performs public relations duties, co-chairs annual Good Neighbor Day Air Show and other special events.

DIRECTOR OF AIR SERVICE DEVELOPMENT
The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority is seeking a Director of Air Service Development. The incumbent will function as a key member of the Communications, Government and Community Affairs Division and will be charged with developing and executing strategic objectives, key initiatives, and tactical plans to retain, improve, and expand air service and increase airport use.Seven years of work experience in aviation is preferred with at least three years of experience directly related to aviation industry planning, market research and analysis, airline sales, marketing and network planning/scheduling, or a combination of the above, and five years of air service experience managing multiple projects. AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Responsible for the day-to-day operations at a general aviation, Part 139 Certificated airport. Perform inspections and maintain records of all aeronautical areas including pavement, markings, lighting, safety areas, wildlife, construction, and fueling practices. Responsible for airfield safety; identify and removing all hazards including FOD, wildlife, AOA incursions, unauthorized vehicles and pedestrian entry, and disabled aircraft. Coordinate construction and maintenance on the airport. Act as a liaison with ATCT, ARFF and responding agencies during emergencies. Responsible for supervising snow removal operations. Conduct tenant AOA driver training. Perform hourly weather observations. Directly supervise Airport Operations Coordinators; supervise and coordinate contract services related to airport operations. Monitor noise abatement practices of aircraft utilizing the airport to ensure compliance with existing requirements. Maintain a working knowledge of all applicable FAR’s and Advisory Circulars. Ensure the recording all aircraft operations for purposes of billing and noise abatement compliance. Assure compliance with Company policies and procedures.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
The Capital Region Airport Commission is currently seeking applications for Airport Operations Officer to assist our Operations Division. Under the direction of Airport Operations Supervisor, responsibilities include daily inspection and compliance of applicable airport rules and regulations. Candidate must possess the ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks.
