AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Position responsible for day-to-day airside and landside operations of the airport. Assists with rescue and post-accident recovery operations. Conducts ramp and hangar inspections to ensure safe and efficient operations of the Airport. This employee responsible for representing management on all matters concerning airport operations in the absence of high authority. Acts as the primary contact for Airport management with tenants, FAA Air Traffic Control, Police, Airport Rescue and Firefighting personnel, contractors and other government agencies and city departments. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Aviation Science, Business or Public Administration or a closely related field with a minimum of two (2) years experience in airport operations or administration preferred; or a high school diploma and equivalent combination of education, military experience and relevant airport experience. AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR II
Ensure compliance with Federal Regulations 14CFR Part 139 and 49CFR Part 1542. Performs daily inspections to ensure facilities and airfield are within applicable standards. Ensure compliance with Federal, State, County and GMIA policies and procedures. Coordinate snow removal on airfield; make decisions based on procedures. Coordinate construction and maintenance on airfield projects; anticipate consequences of airfield construction and/or repair projects relative to maintaining airport, airfield safety and operational needs. Respond to incidents, accidents; in-charge until relieved by higher authority; investigate causes and take appropriate measures to correct; make decisions under stressful conditions. Prepare clear, concise reports; write reports to document events and timely disseminate. Coordinate security and safety matters necessary for special operations and/or events, activities for visiting dignitary arrivals; anticipate effects of large crowd and/or special visiting dignitary requests that may affect normal airport operations. Meets with users and tenants. Train and test employees on “movement area” operating procedures.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
This is responsible administrative, technical, and supervisory work in the airside, landside, and terminal operations of the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. An employee in this classification performs a variety of important duties in developing and carrying out departmental programs, including the exercise of independent judgment when necessary in the establishment, interpretation, application and enforcement of airport regulations, policies, security and procedures to ensure effective passenger and public services. NOISE & AIRSPACE PROJECT COORDINATOR
This is a full-time professional staff position responsible for the airport noise and airspace programs at Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and Page Field (FMY). The noise and airspace coordinator must be able to effectively communicate, educate and interact with community leaders, neighborhood organizations, government entities and interested parties regarding airport overflights, noise, tall structure permits and technical airspace reviews. This position includes: daily oversight of the Lee County Port Authority Noise Comment Line; responding to the public regarding aircraft overflights; preparation of monthly and annual noise reports; coordinating public outreach and education programs/presentations and managing airport noise studies. This position also includes overseeing the tall structure permitting program; managing airspace obstruction removal and associated mitigation plans; coordinating with other LCPA departments and the FAA, FDOT, local municipalities, developers and crane operators on tall structure permits and airspace reviews.
