AIRPORT MANAGER, FLORIDA KEYS MARATHON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, MARATHON, FLORIDA
Primary function is to manage the Florida Keys Marathon International Airport and to assist with promotional and marketing opportunities for both the Key West International Airport and the Marathon Airport. The Manager oversees the Marathon Airport’s daily operations, plans for future construction projects and environmental studies in conjunction with the FAA, FDOT, and other Federal, State, or County agencies. Reports to the Sr. Director of Airports and the Asst. Director of Airports. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF AIRPORTS
Primary function is to assist with the management of the Key West International Airport (EYW) and to oversee management at the Florida Keys Marathon Airport (MTH). The Assistant Director is the designated Airport Security Coordinator (ASC) at EYW and is responsible for wildlife management plan, airside operations, ground transportation resolution, minimum standards and rules and regulations and the Noise Insulation Program. Also oversees daily operations, plans for future construction projects and environmental studies in conjunction with the FAA, FDOT, FAR Part 139 certification program, TSA 1542 Security Program, and other Federal, State, and County agencies.
