AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (2 POSITIONS)
The Billings Logan International Airport is seeking two Airport Operations Supervisors. Bachelor’s degree with course work in airport administration, business management, fire science, or a related field with three years of progressively responsible airport operations experience; OR an Associate's degree in airport administration, business management, fire science, or a related field with five years of progressively responsible airport operations experience; OR 10 years of experience in airport operations with a wide range of varying skills and experiences. Experience in airport operations related to construction, facility maintenance, operation of heavy equipment, snow removal, and fire fighting is desired. Two years of supervisory experience is preferred. Experience with and knowledge of airport operations and the general aviation industry is preferred. Pre-employment drug testing and a Federal fingerprint based criminal history check are required. EOE. Positions will remain open until filled.

Colorado Springs Airport Properties/Planning/Construction Internship Program The Intern will gain experience in projects and construction, ground transportation rules and regulations, RFP research, airport rules and regulations, aviation related benchmarking surveys, and special assignments. NOISE AND ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS OFFICER
This is an at-will position reporting to the Airport Director, the Noise and Environmental Affairs Officer leads the Noise and Environmental Division comprised of 5 employees and an annual operating budget of $1,000,000. Four major airlines provide nationwide service through the recently upgraded terminal. JetBlue, Southwest, American Airlines, and Delta Air Lines along with numerous smaller charter operators recorded close to 1.8 million passenger enplanements in fiscal year 2017. Adding to LGB's economic strength, FedEx and UPS landed just over 52 million pounds of cargo last year. This activity in 2017 combined with a healthy general aviation component, provided LGB with just over 290,000 aircraft operations.

AIRPORT COORDINATOR - SECURITY
Responsible for performing supervisory and administrative professional work coordinating projects and activities between various divisions, departments, public agencies, and private sector representatives and direct staff. Supports, maintain, and updates the Airport Security Program to ensure compliance with Federal Regulations, Security Directives and Department of Homeland Security. Performs assessments, investigations, training, and audits. Assists with the daily administration and monitoring of the various security systems and programs. Performs specialized tasks. Works with the Transportation Security Administration, federal and local law enforcement agencies, airport tenants and stakeholders to ensure a secure environment. Plans and conducts the annual Aviation Security Contingency Plan Exercise. Interviews, selects, develops, schedule, evaluates, and counsels personnel. Oversees administrative duties to include routine and emergency operating procedures. Participates in development and implementation of the annual operating budget. Prepares written reports and presentations. Organizes and prepares written summaries of project and action plans. Will be required working overtime, nights, holidays, special events and be on a stand-by status capacity.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS CENTER MANAGER
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Airport Operations Center, The AOC Manager is under the umbrella of the Airport Police Department at Tampa International Airport. The Airport Operations Center is a 40-employee dispatch center that is the central point of contact for all calls, emergent in nature and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Airport Operations Center is responsible for 911 Public Safety (Police, Fire, EMS) calls as well as calls relating to all airport operations and systems including elevators, escalators and shuttles. This position is responsible for managing a staff of six to eight airport dispatchers on rotating shifts. Strong team building and leadership qualities is a must in this role. In addition this role is also responsible for planning, training, budgeting supplies, coordinating schedules, and controlling personnel, material, and physical resources to achieve operational and organizational objectives.
