FINANCIAL ANALYST
Private Equity owned real-estate company seeking financial analyst to support dynamic business transformation, significant capital investment and M&A. Analyst will work with and report directly to the senior management team. -Track/determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with original company forecasts -Consult management to guide development and implementation of short and long term strategic financial and business plans. Assist with analyzing/proposing opportunities for expansion and new business opportunities -Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statements, forecasts, etc.) against company’s goals and financial standing -Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to enhance business and improve financial performance -Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models -Develop, maintain financial models, conduct benchmarking and valuation analysis -Assist with monthly, annual closing and REIT processes including preparation of reporting to shareholders and other external business partners (lenders, auditors, etc.)

AIRPORT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The Portland International Jetport is seeking two Airport Maintenance Supervisors for 1st and 2nd shift positions. This is a challenging position in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of Portland’s busy and growing small hub commercial airport. This supervisory position involves a wide variety of skills ranging from mentoring and development of personnel to the overseeing of day-to-day staff work within trades in the construction, repair, operation and maintenance of airport buildings, grounds and equipment. Requirements: Ability to successfully complete a physical assessment that measures cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, strength, endurance, color recognition and night vision; strong background in heavy equipment and construction; valid Maine Class B driver’s license; successful completion of TSA background investigation per TSR part 1542; must pass federally mandated drug test. $945.20/week, starting pay rate. 2nd shift position includes a .45 cent per hour shift differential. AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
SUMMARY Directly supervises Airport Operation coordinators in maintaining the airports FAR Part 139 Class I certificates. Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable federal regulations. Responsibilities include training employees, directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
