AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Mineta San Jose International Airport is recruiting for an Airport Operations Supervisor. The position may be assigned to programs within the Airport Operations Division including Airside, Security and Landside. Programs within these sections include airfield operations, Manager-on-Duty, noise monitoring, emergency planning, general aviation, terminal management, public parking, airport shuttle and ground transportation, parking and traffic control, security compliance, airport identification badging, and airport operations center functions. This position may require the supervision of a large number of staff and requires an individual with a high level of leadership and supervision. The position may interact regularly with Airport customers, contractors, tenants, government agencies, and other City departments. Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Depending on assignment, Airport Operations Supervisor positions work traditional shifts, as well as non-traditional shifts, covering twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, including weekends and holidays.

SENIOR AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I/II/III
The City of San José - Mineta San José International Airport is currently recruiting for Senior Airport Operations Specialists.This position performs a wide variety of activities to support the three sections of Airport Operations (Airside/Terminal, Landside, and Security). RISK AND INSURANCE DIRECTOR
The Risk and Insurance Director for the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority in Tampa, Fla., which operates the system of airports for the Authority. The Director is responsible for managerial and administrative work in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating an insurance and risk management program for the Authority. The successful candidate will have graduated from an accredited four-year degree granting college or university; five years of experience in risk management, development of insurance portfolios, evaluation of insurance needs, risk and loss control, safety, risk reduction, or an equivalent combination of experience; and the ability to assess exposures as well as determine the applicable insurance coverage needed to protect the Authority and process claim information to conclusion.
