Draft airline space and use agreements, amendments and other real estate agreements at the direction of management. Administer and maintain compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreements. Serve as Authority’s liaison with corporate and local tenant representatives to understand, evaluate, present, track and resolve tenant issues and projects. Represent the Authority in assigned matters pertaining to Greater Orlando Aviation Authority’s commercial properties department.

SUPERVISING ACCOUNTANT
The City of San Jose - Mineta San Jose International Airport is currently recruiting for two Supervising Accountants. -Financial Reporting and Accounts Receivable Under general supervision of the Principal Accountant, duties include management of transaction level revenue and expenditures, detailed fund tracking and reconciliation of fund balances, and overseeing accounts receivable duties and staff to ensure compliance with City-wide fiscal policies and procedures and governmental accounting and financial reporting standards for financial transactions recorded in the City accounting system. This position manages five employees. - Debt, Passenger Facility Charges, Grants, and Accounts Payable Under general supervision of the Principal Accountant, duties include complex analytical work related to management of the Airport’s bond and commercial paper programs and compliance with local, State, and Federal laws, regulations, and the City Council adopted Debt Management Policy, grant accounting, passenger facility charges, and accounts payable duties and staff. This position manages four employees.
