AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR I
Portland International Jetport's team is expanding and we're seeking dynamic aviation professionals with a passion for airport operations excellence to further our achievements as a Best in Class small-hub airport.Under the direction of Airport Operations Management team, the Airport Operations Coordinator (AOC) I provides 24/7/365 centralized security and communications service for landside and airside operations. Primary duties include maintaining daily activity logs; recording and disseminating NOTAMs; as well as monitoring CCTV, access points, door alarms, weather related equipment, phones and radios and responding where necessary. Our AOCs assist with terminal, TSA & FAA inspections, tests and audits as well as assisting airport management on matters involving safety, security, and customer service. Acting as “Trusted Agents”, Airport Operations Coordinators are responsible for reviewing, recording, and processing background checks for airport badge holders. AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
The Billings Logan International Airport is seeking an Airport Operations Supervisor. Bachelor’s degree with course work in airport administration, business management, fire science, or a related field. Three years of progressively responsible airport operations experience related to construction, facility maintenance, operation of heavy equipment, snow removal, and firefighting. Two years of supervisory experience is preferred. Possession of or ability to obtain a commercial driver's license and EMT certification. Experience with city government and the aviation industry are preferred. $26.48 – $29.18/hour DOE, plus excellent benefits, including overtime and standby. Current hourly wage tops out at $35.47/hour. ENVIRONMENTAL & ARCHAEOLOGICAL COORDINATOR
Responsible for professional duties in the promotion and management of various airport environmental and archaeological issues, compliance programs, including air and water quality and cultural resources protection at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. Specific duties: interprets, applies and enforces the provisions of environmental regulations and applicable codes, laws, rules, regulations, specifications, standards, policies and procedures; manages archaeological matters; coordinates with the other agencies on all archaeological testing and historical building maintenance; manages the Maricopa County Air Quality Permit; monitors environmental remediation projects; responsible for development and implementation of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and control measures necessary for protection of storm water runoff; manages the implementation of the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures plan (SPCC) for prevention, control and cleanup of petroleum releases from aviation fuel storage facilities; responsible for spill response and cleanup and regulatory agency reporting; and conducts training to tenants and staff on environmental and archaeological issues.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Acts as airport management’s representative and assists in the enforcement of airport regulations, resolving problems/queries with established operating procedures and security protocols. Conducts airfield inspections; identifying, preventing, and/or removing all hazards to aviation including FOD, wildlife, etc. Issues and records all NOTAMS. Investigates and logs all aircraft noise complaints. Oversees daily construction activities to ensure safety of operations areas around construction site. Acts as a liaison between Air Traffic Control, Morristown ARFF and all responding agencies during emergencies. Assists U. S. Customs and Border Protection and Department of Agriculture officials during international arrivals. Conducts daily and periodic safety and quality control inspections of aviation fuel storage facility and monitors fueling operations. Operates the landing fee system, including logging landings, processing payments, generating invoices and statements, and customer service. Responsible for airport security, including badging, gate, and camera systems. Member of the Snow Removal Team. Performs other duties as assigned.

LANDSIDE OPERATIONS DUTY OFFICER
This is technical work performing landside terminal and grounds inspections to help enforce compliance with Federal safety regulations and airport rules, policies, procedures, leases and agreements. Responds to any emergencies in the terminal and landside. This work requires general knowledge of Part 139 aviation rules and regulations. Contacts require courtesy, tact, skills in understanding and influencing people, and effectiveness in dealing with others. The work is performed following clearly defined regulations, policies and procedures, and involves a variety of situations, requiring the frequent use of judgement in search of solutions. The work is performed in a commercial service airport environment. Operates computers and other standard office equipment.
