AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT
Mineta San José International Airport is recruiting for an Airport Operations Superintendent in the Security Section of Airport Operations. Airport Operations Superintendent may be rotated amongst the Sections within Airport Operations Division including Airside, Landside, Terminal/Customer Service or Security Sections. Programs over which the Airport Operations Superintendent may have managerial responsibilities include airfield operations, Manager-On-Duty, noise monitoring, emergency planning, general aviation, public parking, airport shuttle and ground transportation, parking and curbside traffic control, terminal management, customer experience and services, security compliance, airport identification badging, and Airport Operations Center (AOC) functions. This position may require supervision of a large number of staff and requires an individual who can provide a high level of leadership and supervision. This position may interact regularly with Airport customers, contractors, tenants, government agencies, and other City departments. Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, program/project management capabilities, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I
Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) is seeking motivated individuals for an Operations Specialist I position. The Operations Specialist I is an entry level position that manages the use of airport facilities in accordance with established policies and procedures. Position assures continuous safety and security compliance with Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Parts 77 and 139, Transportation Security Regulation (TSR) Part 1542, in addition to all other applicable statutes, regulations, and requirements. Duties include but are not limited to airfield and facilities inspections; actively monitoring two-way radio communication amongst airport staff, security access control, CCTV systems etc. Additional duties are issuing airport ID media and providing fingerprinting services; coordinating and monitoring airport construction activities; providing high levels of customer service in responding to questions and inquiries from the public, airport stakeholders, and/or governmental regulatory agencies.

REVENUE AUDITOR
The City of Oklahoma City Department of Airports currently has over 500 leases. Many Airports leases are self-reporting based revenue streams. The Airport Revenue Auditor will be auditing tenant leases to ensure the tenants are self-reporting correctly, and remitting to the Trust the appropriate revenues and any additional lease/compliance requirements are being met. The primary work function is to audit revenues to ensure compliance with lease requirements and reporting requirements established by leases for over 500 leases. This position will also be responsible for the airlines rates and charges, Consolidated Rental Car Facility O&M rates and charges , insurance allocations, statistical reporting and benchmarking, and yearly indirect expense allocations.
