Assist with the management of an innovative concessions and terminal properties program. Enhance the efficient and effective operations of the Department through strategic development and analysis. Coordinate and collaborate with concessionaires, tenants and Airport staff in support of the Airport’s mission and goals. Research and develop plans for new and innovative non-airline revenue opportunities and passenger amenities. Recommend and implement short and long term strategies that align with the Airport’s Mission/Vision. Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Department. Keep updated on concession operations and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Review compliance inspection reports and work with staff and concessionaires on development plans for resolving any issues.
