ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - AVIATION E19
ANNUAL SALARY: $61,672.00-$74,526.41 CLOSING DATE:07/19/2017 11:59 PM.POSITION SUMMARY:Plan, direct, manage and oversee the activities and operations of the Aviation Department's operations and maintenance divisions; coordinate assigned activities with other divisions, departments and outside agencies and provide highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Director of Aviation.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, public administration, aviation security or a related field, plus eight (8) years of managerial experience in airport operation's to include five (5) years direct supervisory experience in a management and/or administrative capacity. Aviation security experience preferred. Possession of at least one of the following accreditations or certifications preferred: Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) or Certified Member (C.M.) or Airport Certified Employee (A.C.E.) or Airport Security Coordinator Certification.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR I - MILWAUKEE COUNTY
Take appropriate actions to ensure the safe and efficient flow of passengers and traffic through the Domestic and International terminals, concourses, and other facilities. Inspect airport facilities and evaluate hazardous, security issues. Take action to prevent personal injury to patrons, users, employees or damage to property. Respond to emergencies, incidents and accidents. Follow emergency procedures and document information. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures which meet the requirements of the FAA, TSA, County and State rules, regulations, and ordinances that govern the operation of airport tenants. Coordinate Charter Flight arrivals at the International Terminal, assist with special events, irregular operations, weather events. Complete various reports for documentation. Ensure projects will not have an adverse effect on the safe and efficient operation of airport facilities, patrons and employees. Meet with various airport users and tenants to resolve routine operational problems and process routine complaints. Position is subject to 24 emergency call-in.

AIRPORT CONTROL CENTER OPERATOR

OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I
Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) is seeking motivated individuals for an Operations Specialist I position. The Operations Specialist I is an entry level position that manages the use of airport facilities in accordance with established policies and procedures. Position assures continuous safety and security compliance with Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Parts 77 and 139, Transportation Security Regulation (TSR) Part 1542, in addition to all other applicable statutes, regulations, and requirements. Duties include but are not limited to airfield and facilities inspections; actively monitoring two-way radio communication amongst airport staff, security access control, CCTV systems etc. Additional duties are issuing airport ID media and providing fingerprinting services; coordinating and monitoring airport construction activities; providing high levels of customer service in responding to questions and inquiries from the public, airport stakeholders, and/or governmental regulatory agencies.
