MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The Maintenance Supervisor under general direction from the Deputy Director of Airports, plans, organizes, directs, and controls facilities maintenance for the Camarillo and Oxnard Airports; and perform related work as required. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience overseeing airport facility maintenance involving multiple construction trades and supervision of employees, preferably in the public sector. Responsibilities include contracting for services and budget preparation and monitoring. Possession of a working knowledge of common computer programs, i.e. Word, Excel, etc., is required. Experience working within an airport environment, supervising in a public sector, unionized environment, writing scope of work for small maintenance and repair contracts for military or civilian airports, or government public and works operations, and reporting on key metrics is preferred.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS AGENT
AIRPORT OPERATIONS AGENT - Midland, Texas - Entry-level airport operations position at the Midland International Air & Space Port. Assists the AOCC Supervisor with specific airport operations involving airside, landside, security and communications activities of a Part 139 small hub airport. Duties include daily airfield and terminal building inspections to comply with local, state and federal regulations; Airport ID Badge issuance and fingerprinting; assurance of Part 1542 compliance with access control system; NOTAM issuance; responding to inquiries from the public, airport tenants, airlines and governmental regulatory agencies. Involves shift work, weekends and holidays. Minimum requirements include a B.S. degree in aviation management, business administration or related field and the ability to obtain a Texas Class C driver's license. OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Responsible for assisting in enforcing operating rules, regulations, provisions of contracts, and agreements with emphasis on airside operations. Other responsibilities include monitoring and enforcing procedures that ensure terminal and landside safety during construction. Makes critical operational decisions around the clock to maintain compliance, safety, and the airport experience. Organizes and enforces procedures that ensure airside safety and landside safety, including during construction. Inspects and monitors terminal facilities, airside activities, public and employee parking lots, and fixed base operations.
