SENIOR AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I/II/III
Mineta San José International Airport is currently recruiting for two Senior Airport Operations Specialists for the Airport Operations Division. This position performs work under the immediate supervision of an Airport Operations Supervisor and the Manager-on-Duty to support the variety of airport operations duties related to compliance, enforcement and customer service essential to the 24-hour operation of a medium-hub international airport. These activities support the four sections of Airport Operations (Airside, Terminal Management / Customer Service, Landside, and Security). This position will rotate responsibilities between the various sections referenced above to gain a comprehensive knowledge base and insight of the functionality of the Airport. In addition, this position will be required to multi-task and utilize various computer programs within each section of Airport Operations including Access Control System, Resource and Gate Management systems, Internet Protocol Television.

Pay Range $64,272.00-$82,056.00 The Jackson County Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport is seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial approach to marketing and business development who can formulate and implement initiatives and strategies. This individual will concentrate on increasing revenue generation and maximizing airport facilities usage and development at the airport. The Business Development Manager: • Establishes and implements strategies for business development at the airport including air service, air cargo, general aviation, real estate, and aeronautical facility usage and development. • Develops, coordinates, and implements marketing and public relations programs designed to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities that will maximize the utilization and revenue from the airports land and facilities. • Performs research, analyzes data, and makes presentations to airport staff, airlines, and new prospective developers. • Performs outreach to the aviation community as well as the non-aviation community. • Represents the airport at industry trade shows.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
The Aviation Economic Development Specialist in the Business and Properties Division, Concessions Section at Sky Harbor International Airport manages and develops the Aviation Department’s real property assets at Sky Harbor Airport and two General Aviation Airports– Phoenix Deer Valley, and Phoenix Goodyear Airport. Responsible for the profit and loss within the division, the position prepares and reviews contracts and leases, concession operations and contract administration; maintains tenant/customer relations, reviews gross sales data, and provides analysis and reporting, to support day-to-day monitoring of tenant activities and compliance duties. Salary: $51,771 - $78,770 annually (effective July 12, 2021) Required: Two years professional experience in managing concessions tenant relations, monitoring concessions contracts and/or leases, and contract compliance administration AND a Bachelor's degree in public or business administration, airport/aviation management, and commercial property management.
