MANAGER, ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS
The Manager of Environmental Affairs (EA) will, under the direction from the Vice President – Planning and Development, be responsible for administering environmental compliance for MAC owned facilities at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and the six reliever airports. The position is responsible for reviewing and monitoring compliance for tenant leasehold spaces. The Manager will be the key liaison with regulatory agencies, airlines and reliever airport commercial tenants regarding environmental matters for the MAC. This role requires close coordination with MAC Field Maintenance, Trades and other key departments as it relates to compliance activities. The Manager will assist in the planning, directing and coordinating of environmental activities at all MAC airports.

MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT - FACILITIES STRUCTURAL
This position serves as the KCI Facilities Structural division head and oversees skilled work at the journeyman level in several of the crafts, particularly those of the HVAC mechanical and electrical variety. The functions of this division include, but are not limited to, alterations, construction, maintenance, inspection, repair and servicing of structures, systems, infrastructure equipment owned by the City, which also includes a Central Utilities plant containing 8 stand-alone boilers, HVAC air handlers, mixing boxes, household style AC units, ground source heating and cooling, chilled water piping and pumps. This division is responsible for setting up preventative maintenance schedules and monthly reporting on all equipment, troubleshooting and repairing all systems in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of the airport. Under general direction of the Sr. Manager, AOC, the Airport Duty Manager (ADM) will be responsible for maintaining full situational awareness of all facets of airport operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and secure operation of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Intl. Airport. This incudes implementing incident management processes to ensure effective management of small, medium and large scale incidents. The ADM maintains constant awareness of changing conditions, activities and requirements affecting airport operations, analyzes the impact, and implements the appropriate response protocols as required.
