ASSISTANT AIRPORT DIRECTOR
Responsible for aiding the Airport Director in oversight and management of airfield and landside activity at Austin Straubel International Airport, a Part 139 commercial service airport. Serves as Airport Security Coordinator and liaison between the Airport and the TSA. The Assistant Airport Director, personally and through subordinate supervisors, directs operational (including ARFF), maintenance and electrical functions to ensure a safe, efficient & compliant airport operation. The position entails supervising & coordinating aircraft and airline operations, buildings and airfield maintenance, construction; environmental matters; community relations; coordinating airline requirements for airport facilities; implementing applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to airport operations, safety and security; and participating in planning for future growth and expansion. The Assistant Airport Director also assists in developing the annual budget, coordinating airport building construction, maintenance and other work by staff with tenants and contractors; advertising and promoting the airport in the community and doing related work.

AIRPORT BADGING SPECIALIST
The Airport Badging Specialist is responsible for processing airport badging applications and applicants and issuing airport ID badges for, Harrisburg International Airport. Processes personnel and paperwork for Airport ID badges in support of the Airport Security program. Greet badging applicants, provide direction on badging or security/driver training process. Sort, alphabetize, and file badging paperwork. Maintain badging logs, spreadsheets, and audits. Update computerized badging records as needed. Takes and submits fingerprints. Demonstrates proficiency in the use of TSA and airport computer systems, communication systems, and security/identification systems. Monitors test taking related to airport badging or airfield driving. Attends any and helps create training which is required by SARAA. Performs complementary customer service functions . Performs any other duty or assignment delegated by proper authority. Must meet TSA requirements regarding access to sensitive security information. Airport Operations duties as assigned, including but not limited to snow removal, inspections, notams, and construction oversight.
