SENIOR AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
The Operations Division of the Santa Barbara Airport currently has a vacancy for a Sr. Airport Operations Specialist. The Sr. Airport Operations Specialist serves, on a shift basis, as the Airport's central point of contact for airport tenants and outside agencies, as well as the Lead Airport Operations Specialist for coordination and supervision in the security operations center, and assists the Airport Operations Supervisor with duties and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, services and activities of an airport operations and communications program, as well as operational characteristics of airport security and communications equipment.

SENIOR MANAGER OF PROPERTIES
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking a full-time, experienced person in airport property management to join the hard working, dynamic Airport Economic Development (AED) team as a Senior Manager of Properties. The Senior Manager of Properties reports to the VP of Airport Economic Development and serves as a key member of the AED team. This position is responsible for managing the properties and tenant relations program for RTAA outside commercial, general aviation, government, concessions, and airline tenants to enhance non-airline revenue and passenger experience. For example, the position will manage the RTAA’s property programs -- including complex agreements for terminal space for passenger airlines, concessionaires, governmental operations, car rental firms, advertisers, other tenants; the leasing of facilities to outside commercial tenants; and general aviation including commercial aeronautical operators, box hangers and T-Hangars, and other airfield operators. This position also plans, organizes and reviews the work of the property staff.
