AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
The City of La Crosse, La Crosse Regional Airport, WI is recruiting for the position of AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR at the La Crosse Regional Airport. This position involves performing a variety of specialized and detailed tasks in support of Airport Operations, Aviation Security, and Public Safety. Position responds to aircraft fire emergencies, complies with Transportation Security Regulations Parts 1540 and 1542 and Federal Aviation Regulations Part 139, and completes various logs and reports supporting airport operations. The perfect candidate for this position is a team orientated self-starter who has the drive and desire to learn on a daily basis and to master the various skills needed in airport operations. AIRPORT DUTY MANAGER

ASSOCIATE ENGINEER - AIRPORT
Mineta San José International Airport is recruiting for an Associate Engineer. This position will provide multi-disciplinary airport project support including various and considerably complex technical functions. The position provides the opportunity to lead, develop, and deliver select capital projects in the Airport Capital Improvement Program. The ideal candidate shall possess in-depth knowledge in the theories, principles, practices, and techniques related to civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, and/or geotechnical engineering, architecture, and/or capital project delivery. AIRLINE SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
This position is responsible for scheduling airport shared facilities and resources such as gates, aircraft parking stands, airfield buses, common-use ticket counters and baggage systems. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Knowledge of airport and airline operations. Knowledge of the operation and function of an inline security baggage handling system with post-screening sortation. Knowledge of Resource Management Systems and industry software such as GroundStar, SITA or Ascent Technologies. Basic understanding of gate layouts, airport layout designs and terminal facility infrastructure. Functional understanding of database management and manipulation. Analytic, interpretive, and decision making skills to evaluate and respond to system conditions. Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively present information to others having various interests. OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Daily airside, landside and terminal inspections. Responsible for inspections, documentation, follow up, and close out of discrepancies at fueling locations. Issues work orders & coordinates necessary maintenance. Maintains and implements the Airport’s Natural Disaster Plan & Wildlife Management Plan. Coordinating airport construction, special events, and emergency response; Issues NOTAMs; Responds to safety, security, and other matters including aircraft alerts. Active participation in and planning of Triennial Disaster Drill. Conducts security and driver’s training and issues ID Media. Ensures compliance with purchasing laws while soliciting bids/quotes and development of contracts for small construction projects/large purchases. SENIOR ANALYST

AIRSIDE OPERATIONS AGENT
The Airside Operations Agent, under general supervision of the Director of Operations, monitors and coordinates all operational activity occurring in the Airside Operations areas to ensure compliance with FAA Part 139, TSA 1542, and Airport regulations and policies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting daily inspections to include runways, taxiways, safety areas, ramp areas, and perimeter fence line, initiate corrective action as necessary; conducts inspections of airside areas for aesthetics, safety, security' general conditions and takes appropriate action, to correct unsuitable conditions(i.e. initiate maintenance work orders); Mitigating wildlife hazards by conducting wildlife dispersal activities; maintaining various wildlife devices; and acquiring proper permits for wildlife depredation, etc.;maintains accurate airfield inspection and wildlife mitigation records; Ensuring airport compliance with Federal Aviation Administration Part 139 and Department of Homeland Security-TSA CFR 1542 regulations; Keeping current on existing and new federal, state and local requirements.
