FINANCIAL ANALYST II
The Financial & Risk Management Department is looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented individual in a Financial Analyst II role. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and managing operating expense budgets, related analysis, financial forecasting and; 1.Participate in the development and monitoring of department and Authority-wide budgets through partnering with various stakeholders across the organization. 2.With direction, develop, review, summarize and analyze financial plan projections and documents utilizing budgeting software. 3.Research and answer financial and budget inquiries submitted by staff and Authority management. 4.Develop, analyze, maintain and distribute various periodic and ad-hoc financial, statistical, analytical and management reports and statements. 5.Assist in ensuring that Authority's accounting, financial, budgeting and other business financial information and records are accurate and complete. 6.Assist in the review, evaluation and monitoring of capital development plans and budgets.

AVIATION ASSET MANAGER - FACILITIES & INFRASTRUCTURE

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Entry level position. Performs various duties at Tweed-New Haven Airport as dictated by operational requirements, including responding to airport alerts, snow removal, recording of aircraft movements, performing airport and security inspections. The Aviation Department which operates the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and the North Perry Airport is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Airport Manager in the Aviation Operations Division. This is advanced specialized work in the management of all activities related to Airside Operations and management at the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). The Airport Manager for Airside Operations should possess a thorough understanding of Federal, State, and Local regulations pertaining to Airside Operations at a Large Hub Commercial Service Airport. Duties involve tenant, governmental, and vendor relations; procurement and competitive bidding of contracts associated with Ramp Control and ARFF agreements; participation in facility design and planning; contract negotiations & drafting; report preparation; budget preparation and oversight; coordination of tenant improvement projects; and inspections of county-owned facilities. This position requires significant interaction with airport stakeholders and will supervise assigned Aviation Department Staff.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
The Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport seeks an independent and responsible professional to help plan, organize, and oversee daily airside/landside operations. Position requirements: Conducts FAA Part 139 airfield inspections and wildlife control. Focuses on safety, security, and efficiency of operations and the expeditious flow of aircraft and passengers. Issues NOTAMs as required by airfield conditions. Provides airfield escorts for contractors needing access to facilities on the airport. Inspects ground transportation activities. Monitors tenant and employee activities during assigned shift to ensure compliance with airport rules and regulations. Reviews and acts on operational problems involving airport safety, security, federal certification matters and related matters as they impact the airlines, tenants, passengers and general public. Coordinates airport activities with police, aircraft rescue firefighting and other emergency personnel during incidents and while returning the airport to normal operations. Conducts SIDA and airfield drivers training. Ensures excellent customer service provided to all airport users.
