AIRPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
This is an essential customer service position in support of the Authority’s Airport Operations department. Provides courteous, professional, and timely service to customers of the Wilmington - New Castle Airport (ILG). Customers include internal and external airport stakeholders, tenants, and the general public, including airline passengers. In addition, this position supports Airport Operations Coordinators with the airport security credentialing and badging process. Position is responsible for processing and reconciling customer financial transactions, including parking pay systems. Work is performed under limited supervision. The incumbent in this position may be required to work weekends and night shifts and additional hours to support airport operational needs.

ASSISTANT AVIATION DIRECTOR
The Battle Creek Executive Airport at Kellogg Field is seeking an outgoing and seasoned professional to fill the newly created position of Assistant Aviation Director. This position must utilize an in-depth set of knowledge, skills and abilities to work closely with the Aviation Director and ensure the safe and efficient management, maintenance and operation of the Airport to include safety, security, capital projects, and financial management. Under general direction of the Aviation Director, the Assistant Aviation Director will participate in economic development, lease negotiations and community relations. This position is responsible for the supervision of the Operations & Maintenance Manager and the Airport Interns, and the implementation of all Airport programs and goals through effective communication with Federal, State and local agencies, as well as the tenants and other Airport stakeholders.
