AIRPORT MANAGER
BASIC DUTIES (NOT ALL INCLUSIVE): •Manages, supervises, and coordinates the activities and operations of specific functional areas of the Airports and coordinates assigned activities with other sections, departments, outside agencies and the general public. •Develops and maintains current on the Airport Certification Manual and the Airport Emergency Plan in accordance with 14 CFR Part 139 requirements. •Ensures that airport operations, airfield maintenance and security comply with all applicable rules and regulations of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and all other government agencies having jurisdiction over aviation activities, and maintain close liaison with their officers. •Supervises airport personnel as directed by the Director of Airport Operations. •Bachelor's degree in Airport Management, Aviation Management, Aviation Administration, or closely related field; •Five (5) years of experience in airport administration in positions which show increasing degrees of responsibility.

MANAGER, IT ARCHITECTURE AND SYSTEMS

The position has a broad range of responsibilities that include Network and System Architecture, Structured Cabling, Server, Network and Systems Administration. MCO’s systems span a 13000+-acre campus that includes the North Terminal Complex, outbuildings as well as the South Terminal Complex currently under construction. Specifies, designs, implements, and manages all data and voice networks, servers, storage and communications infrastructure of the Aviation Authority. AVIATION PROGRAM MANAGER
TYPICAL FUNCTIONS: Working directly with airport sponsors, FAA, and Commission staff, the selected person will solicit, collect, update, and distribute airport planning and programming information including, but not limited to: NPIAS needs list, Airport 5 year CIP's, and project development information. Conduct Airport Pavement Inspections and input data into the GIS based Pavement Management System. Evaluates documents in accordance with the Aircraft Pilot and Passenger Protection Act. Conduct 5010-1 Master Record updates and Safety and Standards inspection for public use airports in Oklahoma. Assist in the development of the Commission’s Airport Construction Program. Conduct a regular review of the functional classification, based aircraft, and IFR traffic for airports in the Oklahoma Airport System Plan. Coordinate the production of Aeronautical Charts and the Airport Directory for Oklahoma. Assist airport sponsors with the development of their primary guiding documents.
