The Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) is seeking a Corporate Strategy and External Relations Champion, who will be responsible to develop, execute and sustain TAA’s strategic initiatives to ensure organizational effectiveness and corporate sustainability. The Corporate Strategy and External Relations Champion will create strategies to keep TAA on the cutting edge to manage our business requirements and connect strategies to our people; manages external relations and collaborates with the CEO to facilitate the TAA corporate governance process to support the TAA Board in the setting of policy guidance and corporate priorities. The responsibilities include working with the CEO to proactively manage relations with TAA members and other external stakeholders.

Coordinates, communicates and analyzes air service statistics and trends that help to enhance air service development at the Dayton International Airport. Oversees air service development for the two City-owned airports; oversees and manages the marketing function as it relates to air service development. Visits and negotiates with airline corporate offices and cargo operators and interacts with corporate teams to sell Dayton as a destination. Reviews and conducts analytical studies and special projects; responsible for establishing and maintaining systems for tracking and reporting local, regional and national air service activities to develop strategies that promote commercial air service growth and development. Represents and protects the Airports' interests on committees such as the International Air Cargo Association (TIACA), American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and Airport Council International (ACI).
