PUBLIC SAFETY MANAGER
POSITION TITLE: PUBLIC SAFETY MANAGER DEPARTMENT: OPERATIONS LOCATION: DULUTH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT/SKY HARBOR AIRPORT SALARY & BENEFITS: $51,789 – $73,190 plus competitive benefits package. OVERVIEW: Under guidance of the Director of Operations, the Public Safety Manager will lead and manage all facets of Security, Emergency Management, and Information Technology (IT) on behalf of the Duluth Airport Authority (DAA). The position will be directly responsible for compliance with 49 CFR TSR 1540 and 1542, maintaining and upholding the Airport Security Program (ASP), as well as oversight of the Airport LEO contract, and the Airport Badging Office. The Public Safety Manager will lead the DAA’s Emergency Management division including all responsibilities of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Incident Command Structure (ICS), and the various communication, collaboration, training, and notification surrounding it. Lastly, the position in support from the DAA IT contractor, will maintain all IT infrastructure at the Duluth International Airport.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I
This position is a member of the Palm Springs International Airport and performs a full range of Airside, Landside and Airport Control Center duties. This position is responsible for variety of complex Airport Control Center functions including; security and access control, emergency response, and records system. Duties include: Conduct airfield inspections in accordance with 14 CFR Part 139. Compose, maintain, and review a variety of reports, records, and logs. Operate a variety of airport security and operations equipment including the Airport Badging system and equipment, security access control system (SACS), and the closed circuit television system. Distribute badges and vehicle permits. Determine airfield conditions and issue NOTAMs as appropriate Conduct routine inspections of facilities and surrounding areas.
