AIRPORT COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
The San Mateo County's Department of Public Works is seeking highly-qualified candidates for the position of Airport Communications Specialist. Under general direction of the Assistant Airport Manager, the Airport Communications Specialist will plan, organize, and coordinate communication activities for the San Carlos and Half Moon Bay Airports. ASSISTANT AIRPORT DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS
An employee in this class assists the Airport Director in the day-to-day functioning of the Pensacola International Airport. Independent judgment and initiative are required. Employee is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating through an intermediate supervisory staff the work of professional and nonprofessional employees in the maintenance, security, airfield operations and aircraft rescue and firefighting fields. Thorough knowledge of FAR Part 139 and 49 CFR Part 1540 and 1542 is required. Minimum requirements for the position are a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Airport Management, or a related field, and seven years of pertinent Operations experience, three of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
The Senior Director of Planning and Development for the Indianapolis Airport Authority is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and overseeing proactive and strategically driven initiatives regarding master planning, project management, engineering, and environmental and conservation matters. Managing all capital projects, environmental, planning, and development risks and opportunities of IAA, both internally and externally. Forming strong liaisons with key constituent groups to ensure that the Authority’s interests are coordinated with all relevant stakeholders. Current professional registration in either architecture or engineering or the ability to obtain same in the State of Indiana is preferred. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in architecture, engineering, business administration, management, planning, or a related field. Fifteen years of airport experience, at least 10 as an executive at a US airport with significant air carrier service, dealing directly with issues related to planning/development is preferred.
