AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT I/II
The City of San José - Mineta San José International Airport is currently recruiting for an Airport Operations Superintendent I/II. Newly hired Superintendents can expect to be assigned to one of four sections of Airport Operations. Current vacancies are in the Terminal Management and Landside sections. Airport Operations Superintendent I/II may be assigned to or rotate between the Sections within the Airport Operations Division including Airside, Landside, Terminal / Customer Service, or Security Sections. Programs within these Sections over which the Airport Operations Superintendent I/II may have managerial responsibilities include airfield operations, Manager-On-Duty, noise monitoring, emergency planning, general aviation, public parking, airport shuttle and ground transportation, parking and curbside traffic control, terminal management, customer experience and services, security compliance, airport identification badging, and Airport Operations Center functions.

FOREMAN-AIRPORT MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
This is supervisory and technical maintenance and repair work involving the airport’s terminal, control tower, fire station, maintenance complex, and other facilities. The incumbent is charged with ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, repair and enhancement of designated mechanical and operating systems. Oversees all routine and preventive maintenance of systems and infrastructure at the terminal building, ARFF building and FAA Tower including HVAC/Refrigeration, roof, motorized equipment, jet bridges, baggage carousels and conveyors and boilers. Coordinates the work of contractors for more serious problems and monitors their work for compliance with specified standards. Responds to and resolves complaints regarding air conditioning, heaters, mechanical, technical, plumbing and roofing problems. Interfaces with the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for accurate record keeping. Performs related work as required.

AIRPORT SECURITY SPECIALIST
This is technical and specialized work in which class incumbents provide airport security. Work involves monitoring and enforcing day-to-day security at the airport facility and coordinating the response to airport emergencies, which may include periods of high stress. Operates airport surveillance, access control, fire alarm, flight information, communications and building management systems. Provides dispatch services and coordinates police, fire, emergency medical services and airport operations’ response to emergency and non-emergency calls for service. Identifies safety and security violations and reports suspicious activities. Provides customer services such as answering questions, giving directions, and helping customers to resolve complaints and requests for information. Maintains activity logs and other records. Uses checklists in the performance of duties. Performs related work as required.

ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT-AIRPORT FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
This is responsible administrative, supervisory and technical work directing the maintenance of the Tallahassee International Airport Passenger Terminal Building and all other airport facilities. Duties include directing and supervising electricians, building services, mechanical maintenance, grounds maintenance and administrative staff. In addition, this position serves as liaison with contractors and service providers on minor repair, service and maintenance contracts. The incumbent assists in the day-to-day direction of the division and serves as the division superintendent, as necessary. Manages the development, operation and maintenance of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Develops a preventative maintenance schedule for equipment, systems and services. Performs related work as required.

Under general direction from the Assistant Aviation Director for Business and Revenue, manages and ensures effective business dealings and relationships with airline tenants and other related businesses servicing Charlotte Douglas International Airport. AIRPORT DIRECTOR
Working under the direction of the Mayor and Safety Service Director, the incumbent is directly responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day operations of the Findlay Municipal Airport and ensuring compliance with Local, State, and Federal Statutes and Regulations. The Airport Director manages all personnel assigned to the Airport. The Airport Director also acts as the City’s Chief Representative to Airport Leaseholders, Contractors, and others. In that capacity, the Airport Director enforces City policy and other regulations applicable to the Airport Operations. Extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Regulations pertaining to airport management, safety, aircraft, aviation fueling, wildlife hazard management, security, and aircraft operations; • Working knowledge of airport systems, including pavements, electrical systems, aviation fuel systems, heaving equipment, computerized equipment, lighting, storm water drainage, aircraft de-icing, communication systems, and aviation navigational systems; • Ability to coordinate responses during events such as aircraft crash, disaster, security threats, and increased operations.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I
Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) seeking motivated individuals for Operations Specialist I positions. These are entry level positions, under direct supervision, that manages the use of airport facilities in accordance with established policies and procedures. Position assures continuous safety and security compliance with Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Parts 77 and 139, Transportation Security Regulation (TSR) Part 1542, in addition to all other applicable statutes, regulations, and requirements. Duties include but are not limited to periodic, daily, and continuous airfield and facilities inspections for unsafe or non-compliant conditions; actively monitoring two-way radio communication amongst airport staff, security access control, CCTV systems, flight operations statuses, weather, work order requests, and local air traffic (ATC) radio communications; issuing airport ID media and providing fingerprinting services; coordinating and monitoring airport construction activities; providing high levels of customer service in responding to questions and inquiries from the public, airport stakeholders, and/or governmental regulatory agencies.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
At the direction of the Airport Facilities & Operations Supervisor, acts as airport management’s representative in the enforcement of regulations, resolving problems following operating procedures and security protocols. Conducts airfield inspections, identifying and reporting all deficiencies/irregularities found on the AOA, lighting and NAVAID systems. Responsible for identifying, preventing and/or removing all hazards to aviation including FOD, wildlife, AOA incursions, unauthorized vehicle/pedestrian entry, disabled aircraft. Issues/records all NOTAMS. Investigates/logs all aircraft noise complaints. Oversee construction activities, ensure safety, report construction activities. Acts as liaison between airport and tenants regarding construction activities and operational hazards. Assists US Customs and Border Protection and Department of Agriculture during international arrivals. Conducts daily and periodic safety/quality control inspections of aviation fuel storage facility, monitors fueling operations. Operates landing fee system (logging landings, processing payments, generating invoices, etc.) Creates invoices and processes receipts for Jet-A and Avgas. Responsible for airport security. Member of Snow Removal Team.
