MANAGER, AIRPORT EMPLOYEE SCREENING
Provide leadership and oversight for the Aviation Security department’s employee screening program at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Leadership Provide oversight, guidance and recommendations to Aviation Security management team regarding employee screening protocols, communication, standards, policies and chief development of new systems. Manage and lead all employee screening staff to include direct supervision of supervisory and screening staff. Manage several specialized areas of screening responsibility in multiple locations that are assigned to Screeners including but not limited to: X-Ray, bag checks, pat downs, hand-wanding, employee divesting and randomized screening. Establish standards for customer service; office policies and procedures and provide staff training; proactively communicate with staff to establish learning and career goals; assess needs for recurrent or continuous training to meet compliance requirements.
