AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
The City of La Crosse WI is recruiting for the position of AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR at the La Crosse Regional Airport. This position involves performing a variety of specialized and detailed tasks in support of Airport Operations, Aviation Security, Public Safety, and Emergency Preparedness. Position responds to aircraft fire emergencies, operates aircraft fire suppression equipment, complies with Transportation Security Regulations Parts 1540 and 1542 and Federal Aviation Regulations Part 139, and completes various logs and reports. The perfect candidate for this position is a team orientated self-starter who has the drive and desire to learn on a daily basis and to master the various skills needed in airport operations. Candidates must be able to work in a team atmosphere as well as individually with minimal supervision. Customer service skills are a must as the Airport values positive interactions with all of our customers including internal stakeholder, tenants, and airline passengers.

DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING & DEVELOPMENT
The Director of Engineering and Development is responsible for managing and leading the daily activities required for the planning and implementation capital improvement programs and real estate development initiatives for the CRAA. Provides oversight and direction to consultants and contractors and assist existing and potential tenants in improvement and development of facilities and land under the control of the Airport Authority. Essential Functions: Develops and implements the master development plans of both airports. Directs and guides the implementation of the integrated airport strategic land use plan, airport zoning plans, and airspace analyses. Provides leadership, direction, coordination, administration, control, planning, and implementation of the capital improvement program for the Capital Region International Airport (LAN) and Mason Jewett Field (TEW). Administers and manages all aspects of consultant and construction contracts. Prepares competitive solicitation documents, conducts evaluation of qualifications, proposals and bids.
